Abstract

Un sistema de monitoreo en tiempo real del desgaste del espesor de los nervios (5) de una parrilla (1) de un molino SAG (9), mientras el molino está en funcionamiento, teniendo dicha parrilla (1) una superficie de cribado (2) que posee un levantador central (3) y una superficie exterior (7) no expuesta a los golpes, con un canal central (6) donde calzan los elementos soportes y que permiten sujetar la parrilla al interior del molino, usando pernos (12) de sujeción. El sistema comprende: un sensor (16) localizado en la superficie exterior (7); un transmisor inalámbrico (18), en donde dicho transmisor transmite la señal del sensor (16); un receptor inalámbrico (20) que recibe la señal del transmisor inalámbrico (18); y un adquisidor de señal (21).
