Abstract

The invention relates to a photovoltaic module and to a method for controlling a photovoltaic module, wherein the invention addresses the problem of providing a photovoltaic module and a method for controlling a photovoltaic module which enable energy to be delivered to third parties in a simple and flexible manner. A photovoltaic module according to the invention having a connection for directly delivering energy to a customer (142) comprises a controller (104) having a switch (106) for activating and deactivating the direct delivery of energy. In this case, the controller (104) furthermore comprises a telecommunication module (110) coupled to the switch (106), which telecommunication module can be dialled up by the customer (142) via a telephone (144), wherein the telecommunication module (110) is designed to drive the switch (106) and to enable the delivery of energy to be activated or deactivated as necessary.
