Abstract

The present invention relates to a system and method for providing images of the process of a baby growing up, wherein the system for providing images of the process of a baby growing up comprises a storage unit, a processing unit, an input unit and a display unit. The storage unit stores different characters and images relating to the process of each character growing up. The processing unit synthesizes the face of a baby on the face of the stored characters to generate synthesized characters and synthesized images. The input unit is arranged to enable the baby to select any one of the synthesized characters. The display unit displays the synthesized image corresponding to the selected synthesized character. The thus-configured system of the present invention may visually display the processes relating to changes in the face of the baby, the processes in which the baby grows up into the character selected by the baby, and the baby's future self working as the selected character, to the guests at the baby's first birthday party.
