Abstract

Apparatus and method for efficient training of female vaginal muscles is disclosed. The essence of the apparatus and of the method is based on sequential exerting of pressure on different groups of muscles in accordance with a "dichotomy" principle. The pressure is exerted with the aim of a male member which is is adapted for insertion into vagina and is provided with two separate, autonomous and not communicating, elastically extendable chambers.

Description

APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR TRAINING OF MUSCLES
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to training of muscles, in particular to devices and methods for training of genital muscles. Even more particularly the invention refers to training of contractive female vaginal muscles located within the abdomen and surrounding the vaginal cavity. The invention allows strengthening the vaginal muscles and improving ability of their control. The invention can be used for developing and improving of sexual skills or for sexual stimulation. One should bear in mind however that the instant invention is not limited to merely to strengthening of vaginal muscles and for enhancement of sexual skills. It can be used also for other purposes like prenatal preparation during pregnancy and easing labor, for prophylactic purposes, like massage or prevention of uterine and vaginal descent, and even for therapeutic purposes, e.g. for improving of urinary control, etc.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The use of different devices for training of muscles and/or for massage purposes is known in the art. Operation of the known devices is based on various physical principles.
In US3468305 is described electro-mechanical massage apparatus enabling a person to massage any part of his or her body with an adjustable pressure caused by an electrically driven drum.
There are known also many training devices operating on pneumatic or hydraulic principle, in which elastic energy of a pressurized fluid is used for exerting controllable pressure on the muscles to be trained.
In GB1532360 is disclosed pneumatic apparatus for the controlled exercise of the vaginal muscles and for measuring the force exerted by them. The apparatus comprises a probe body connected to a hand pump and a pressure indicating arrangement.
In US5483832 is described device for monitoring the contractability of the pelvic floor muscles. The device is provided with a probe having a plurality of elastically deformable chambers. The probe is connected to a fluid filled conduit and to a display device. The device can be used therapeutically to monitor progress in training the pelvic floor muscles.
In US5531226 is described muscle exercise sensor system capable to provide muscle feedback. The sensor system comprises a self-resilient hollow bag which resiliently expands to its initial shape after compression and a feedback means.
In FR2655271 is disclosed physiological catheter, which comprises at least one resiliently deformable chamber in communication with a source of pressurized fluid.
In US2007219078 is disclosed pelvic floor muscle exercise device comprising a block of resilient cellular foam material having a spring-like memory. The exercise device is shaped to fit between the thighs of the user.
In US4048985 is described exercise device for developing and improving sexual skills. The device comprises an elongated flexible tube member connected in a fluid-tight manner to a pressure indicating means. Pressure exerted on the tube member is reflected on the pressure indicating means.
In GB2444030 is disclosed a vaginal muscle exerciser and sex toy comprising an inflatable tube, an air pump and a pressure gauge. The pressure gauge can be an audible pressure gauge for indication of vaginal muscle contraction. The audible indication can be either voice messages or tunes. A vibrator can be integrated into the tube as well as additional tubes for clitoral or anal stimulation.
In RU28625 is disclosed a chamber training device for training of vaginal muscles, which comprises a plurality of toroidal inflatable separate chambers each of them being in fluid communication with a corresponding source of pressure and with a pressure gauge. The device comprises three such chambers, which can be elastically inflated to exert pressure on different vaginal muscles or different locations of vagina.
In DE19936975 is described device for strengthening pelvic floor muscles for prenatal preparation and easing labor in pregnant women. The device is provided with a single dilatory body expandable upon inflation along its length and which can be positioned in the region of exitus of the birth canal so that it is located partially inside and partially outside the vagina.

In WO2006043851 is described vaginal muscle training device for development and natural functioning of vagina muscles. The device is provided with a hollow catheter having openings and an internal inflatable vaginal chamber disposed around the catheter and pneumatically connected to an external inflatable chamber and to a source of pressure and to pressure indicating means.
In RU2004128538 is described a chamber training device for development and strengthening of vaginal muscles. The device comprises a catheter with secured thereon an elastic inflatable main chamber, which is separated by a plurality of partitions into plurality of chambers, each of them being in fluid communication with a dedicated source of pressure and a pressure indicating means. The device enables training of muscles of the entire vagina or its certain locations and developing a capability of selective control of the muscles by virtue of a wave-like consequent contraction and expansion of the chambers.
In US5256123 is disclosed female abdominal exercise device, which is provided with a hollow longitudinally extending member comprising integrally formed therein two hollow chambers of equal size and aligned coaxially with one another. The member can be expanded through internal fluid pressure means with fluid moving back and forth between the chambers. By virtue of fluid movement a wave action can be generated to both exercise and strengthen the vaginal muscles.
Thus it can be seen that many attempts have been already undertaken for devising a training device employing exerting a pressure on the vaginal muscles.
Nonetheless despite the existing of numerous attempts there still is a room for improvement the known training devices and providing a new and more efficient solution, which could be optimally tailored for specific needs of a female user. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is intended to provide a new and improved solution for training of female internal vaginal muscles.
Another object of the present invention is providing a new apparatus and method for training of female vaginal muscles, which is simple, convenient and is most efficient in terms of developing ability of muscles control.
A further object of the present invention is providing a new apparatus and method for training of female vaginal muscles in accordance with a dichotomy principle.
Yet another object of the invention is providing a new apparatus and method for training of female vaginal muscles so as to provide a possibility for control both the extent of muscles compression and the rate of muscle compression.
Still another object of the invention is providing a new apparatus and method for training of female vaginal muscles, which employs two separate, autonomous, not communicating, inflatable chambers allowing selective training of muscles in accordance with the dichotomy principle.
For a better understanding of the present invention as well of its benefits and advantages, reference will now be made to the following description of various exemplary embodiments taken in combination with the accompanying drawings.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Referring now to Figure 1 and 2, there is shown a first embodiment of an apparatus 10 for training female vaginal muscles. The apparatus comprises the following main components: a male member 12, adapted for insertion in female's vagina and capable either to be expanded, or compressed, a connecting conduit, comprising two elastic tubes 14 and 15 and a pressure and feedback unit 16. The male member is connected to the unit 16 via elastic tubes 14, 15 such that the male member and unit 16 are in fluid communication with each other. As will be explained in details further the unit 16 is adapted for two purposes. It functions as a source of pressurized fluid supplied via connecting conduit to the male member and at the same time as a pressure indicating means, which provides visual feedback in two situations: either when the pressure is supplied to the male member such that it elastically expands, or when active vaginal muscles compress the male member.
The male member comprises a sleeve 18, made of an elastic material, e.g. latex and a carrier rod 20, which is made also from plastic material.
The unit 16 comprises a distributor flange 22, connected via two check valves 23, 25 with two corresponding compressible chambers, which are designated respectively 24 and 26. These chambers can be configured, for example, as rubber bulbs, which upon compression by a user's hand supply pressurized fluid, preferably air, via either check valve 23 or 25 and distributor flange 22 and further either via tube 14 or 15 to sleeve 18 of the male member. The unit 16 comprises also a pressure indicating means 28, which will be describe further.
Referring now to fig.3a-3c construction of the male member will be explained. As shown in fig. 3a the male member comprises elastically deformable sleeve 18, which is closed at its one end 17 and is open at an opposite end 19. The sleeve is configured and dimensioned such that when pressurized air is supplied to the sleeve's interior the sleeve elastically expands to such extent that when it accommodates within vagina a dense contact with vagina's wall is provided without however rendering unpleasant sensations to the user. The girth of the sleeve is configured with a narrowing section 19, situated approximately at the middle of the sleeve.
As shown in fig. 3b the male member comprises also carrier rod 20, which is configured as longitudinally extending element, having a longitudinal axis X-X, a narrow middle section 30, a substantially conical proximal section 32 and a substantially spherical distal section 34. The conical proximal section has a length Lp, which is delimited by two opposite parallel faces 32a and 32b. In practice dimension Lp is about 20 mm. The carrier rod is manufactured from non- rigid plastic material and is configured and dimensioned to allow certain degree of deformability reminding male sexual organ when it is in an erected state.
In the present disclosure the term proximal section means that when the male member is inserted into vagina this section stays outside the vagina. The term distal section means that when the male member is inserted into vagina this section is located within the vagina's depth.
Situated on face 32a of the proximal section 32 two ports 33, 35 are provided, in which are made respective through going channels 36, 38 extending along the carrier rod. The middle section and the proximal section have circular cross-section and the ports are disposed on face 32a in such a manner, that port 35 is preferably in alignment with the axis X-X, while port 33 is disposed
eccentrically with respect to the axis X-X. Due to this provision channel 36 extends merely across the proximal section, while channel 38 extends along the whole length of the carrier rod, including its middle section and distal section. By virtue of this provision channel 36 opens at face 32b and channel 38 opens at the most distal extremity of distal section 34.
Made respectively on the distal section and the proximal section a v-shaped notch 44 and v-shaped notch 46 are provided. Referring now to fig. 3 c it is seen the male member in its assembled state, when the carrier rod is put inside the sleeve and is secured thereon.
Dimensions of the sleeve and the rod and their configuration are selected to match each other. In particular, the length of the sleeve as well as it's inside diameter in non-inflated state are selected to match the length of the carrier rod and the outside diameter of the face 32b of the proximal section. By virtue of this provision when the carrier rod is put inside the sleeve the spherical distal extremity 34 of the rod is located within the mating narrowing section of the sleeve and the proximal section of the rod is located within the open end of the sleeve. In practice the sleeve is manufactured from latex. It has a length dimension of about 120 mm, an outside diameter of about 30 mm and has a wall thickness of about 0.8 mm.
The sleeve is secured on the rod for example by a string 48 tightly fastened around v-shaped notch 44 and by a string 50 tightly fastened around v- shaped notch 46 of the proximal section. Other methods of fastening could be contemplated, e.g. gluing, welding, etc.
One can readily appreciate that when the male member is assembled the sleeve's interior is divided approximately at the middle thereof into two separate, not communicating, autonomous chambers 52 and 54 which are in fluid communication with respective channels 36, 38, such that each chamber can be inflated independently and in a desired consequence.
As shown in fig. 4a distributor flange 22 is provided with a body portion, in which are created various commutation channels, which allow independent fluid communication between chambers 52, 54 of the male member with respective sources of pressurized fluid 24, 26 and pressure indicating means 28. Located on an upper face of the body portion two ports 56,58 are provided, in which are made respective through going vertical channels 60,64. A lower face of the body portion is fitted with two protruding ports 66, 68 in which are made respective through going vertical channels 70, 72. Made in the body portion of the distributor flange two independent horizontal channels 74 and 76 are provided, which are respectively in fluid communication with niches 78 and 80 made at the left and the right side of the body portion. It is not shown in fig. 4a, but can bee seen in fig.2 that niches 78, 80 provide suitable room for check valves 23, 25. It is seen in fig. 4a that horizontal channel 74 is in fluid communication with vertical channels 56, 70 and horizontal channel 76 is in fluid communication with vertical channels 58, 72. Ports 66, 68 are respectively in fluid communication with pressure indicating means 28, while ports 56, 58 are respectively in fluid communication with tubes 14, 15.
One can readily appreciate that by virtue of the above-described commutation channels made in the distributor flange it is possible to supply pressurized air independently either from sources of pressurized fluid 24, 26 to chambers 52, 54 or from chambers of the male member to the pressure indicating means.
As seen in fig. 4b the pressure indicating means is configured as a narrow and deep cup, which interior is divided by a partition 82 into two autonomous compartments 84 and 86. The cup is preferably made from a transparent plastic material and on a front side of each compartment is provided a scale with indicia, which indicate value of pressure in arbitrary units from 1 to 5. Situated on an upper side of the cup a connecting flange 88 is formed, which enables securing the pressure indicating means on the lower side of the distributor flange such that when flange 88 is attached to a lower side of the distributor flange then port 66 would be inside compartment 84 and port 68 would be inside compartment 86. The cup can be secured on the distributor flange for example by screws.
Referring now to fig. 4c here are shown two resilient manometer chambers 90, 92, which also constitute parts of the pressure indicating means.
These manometer chambers are intended to be put and secured on protruding ports 66, 68 of the distributor flange so as to be in fluid communication both with sources of pressure 24, 26 and with chambers 52, 54 of the male member. The manometer chambers are capable to inflate or deflate depending on the pressure supplied to them. In order to release pressure from the compartments and thus to allow the manometer chambers to freely extend along the compartments there are provided two release orifices 94 and 96 respectively made in a bottom wall of each compartment.
Each manometer chamber is configured as a substantially cylindrical tubular stem 98, 100 terminating by a closed drop like head 102, 104. The manometer chambers are manufactured preferably from latex and have a wall thickness of about 0.8 mm. The stem of each manometer chamber is put on the respective port, while its head is received within the respective compartment. The manometer chambers after they have been secured on the ports and positioned within the respective compartments are seen in figs. 1 and 2. The manometer chambers are preferably made from colored latex, such that when they inflate or deflate and accordingly either expand or contract along the scale one can clearly see their position within the compartments. Nevertheless, alternative visual pressure indicating means can be contemplated, e.g. pressure gauge, manometer, etc.
Now with reference to figs. 5 and 6 the use and functioning of the apparatus of the present invention will be explained.
In fig.5a and 5b is shown schematically functioning of the apparatus in a mode of training in which exerting pressure by the male member on passive vaginal muscles takes place.
In fig.6a and 6b is shown mode of training when pressure is exerted by active separate vaginal muscles on the male member so as to strengthen them and to develop ability of their control.
Referring to fig.5a the male member is being inserted in a female's vagina at a depth where closed end of the sleeve is in proximity to a rear vagina's wall RVW, while proximal end of the carrier member is located outside of the vagina and is in proximity to a frontal vagina's wall FVW. Female user manually presses on rubber bulb 24 such that pressurized air is urged to proceed from the bulb via check valve 23, horizontal channel 74, vertical channel 60, conduit tube 14 and channel 36 into chamber 52 of the sleeve. The chamber inflates and expands in such extent that pressure is exerted on a group of muscles associated with the forward vagina's wall. The pressure value is selected by the female in accordance with her personal ability to bear the pressure without unpleasant sensations. This value, in arbitrary units, is indicated by a location of manometer chamber 90 within compartment 84. Bulb 26 is not pressed and therefore second chamber 54 is not inflated and accordingly no pressure exerted on a group of muscles associated with the rear vagina's wall. The female user can repeat compressing bulb 24 in order to increase the exerted pressure while checking its value by monitoring position of manometer chamber along the scale. Dividing the scale into arbitrary units renders the monitoring of exerted pressure easier and more convenient.
In fig. 5b is shown a situation when bulb 24 is not compressed any more and the pressure has dissipated from chamber 52 and it has deflated according to position of manometer chamber along the scale.
Now the female user manually compresses bulb 26, such that pressurized air proceeds via check valve 25, horizontal channel 76, vertical channel 64, conduit tube 15 and channel 38 into second chamber 54. This chamber expands and inflates in such extent that pressure is exerted on the group of muscles associated with the rear vagina's wall. An arbitrary value of the pressure exerted on the rear vagina's wall is indicated by position of manometer chamber 92 within compartment 86. Bulb 24 is not compressed and therefore first chamber 52 is still in deflated state and accordingly no pressure is exerted on the group of muscles associated with the forward vagina's wall.
Thus by virtue of providing the male member with two separate and autonomous chambers it is possible to exercise sequentially different groups of vagina's muscles by exerting pressure in two stages, namely first on one group of muscles and then to the other group of muscles. During such cycle of training the pressure exerted on the same group of muscles periodically diminishes and increases while pressure exerted on the other group of muscles periodically increases and diminishes.
Now with reference to figs. 6a and 6b another mode of training will be explained. This mode can be performed either in consequence with the previously explained mode or independently. During this mode of training the female user compresses the muscles consciously so as to exert pressure
sequentially on either first or second chamber of the male member. The female user inflates both chambers of the male member by compressing bulbs 24, 26 and inserts the inflated male member in her vagina. Alternatively she could insert deflated male member in her vagina and then to inflate the chambers. In any situation the pressure in the chambers should be sufficient for ensuring dense contact between vagina's walls and the chambers without, however, rendering unpleasant sensations to the user. This pressure is selected empirically.
Then the female user tries to exert pressure sequentially on chambers of the male member. It has been empirically revealed that such sequential mode of exerting pressure on merely two inflated chambers of the male member by merely two groups of muscles is especially efficient for training of female vaginal muscles and for developing their conscious control. It is believed that this sequential mode of exerting pressure allows intensive supply to the vagina muscles of blood enriched by oxygen and this assists to successful achieving the sense of orgasm either in the course of training or during sexual act. One possible explanations of this result is that the above-described sequential mode of exerting pressure merely by two separate groups of muscles in some extent emulates coitus dynamics, when relative reciprocative displacement of male's sexual organ takes place.
In the further disclosure this sequential mode of exerting pressure will be referred-to as a "dichotomy" principle.
By virtue of "dichotomy" principle of exerting pressure the apparatus and method of training vaginal muscles in accordance with the present invention provide a very efficient tool for developing sexual skills, namely the ability to achieve orgasm.
Referring to fig.6a it is seen how group of muscles associated with the forward vagina's wall FVW compresses chamber 52 of the male member, while the second group of muscles associated with the rear vagina's wall RVW is dilated by pressure in chamber 54. Upon compression of chamber 52 pressurized air is released from chamber 52 via channel 36, tube 14 and vertical channel 70 into manometer chamber 90. Check valve 23 prevents pressurized air from entering into rubber bulb 24. The value of compression can be monitored by the female user according to location of the manometer chamber along the scale.
Referring to fig.6b it is seen a situation when female user compresses now chamber 54 by the group of muscles associated with rear vagina's wall RVW, while the group of muscles associated with forward vagina's wall FVW is dilated by pressure in chamber 52. Upon compression of chamber 54 pressurized air is released therefrom via channel 38 and then proceeds further via tube 15 and vertical channel 72 into manometer chamber 92. Check valve 25 prevent pressurized air from entering into rubber bulb 26.
One can readily appreciate that sequential exerting pressure in accordance with the "dichotomy" principle by two separate groups of muscles enables wave-like dynamics which is especially favorable in terms of training efficiency. One can even contemplate a situation when female user compresses one group of muscles while simultaneously releasing the second group of muscles. This skill can be developed by monitoring the pressure indicating means and by attempting to cause the manometer chambers to displace along the scale simultaneously and in opposite directions.
In practice compressing of muscles and exerting pressure lasts 0.-3 sec and it can be repeated for 2-5 times depending on physical ability of the user.
The efficiency of the apparatus and method of the present invention has been empirically proved by a trial in which participated 2 8 female users. The users have strengthened their vaginal muscles as evidenced by location of manometer chambers along the scale and were successful in developing sensation of orgasm after 20-40 days of training.
Now with reference to fig. Ί, 8 and 9a, 9b still further embodiment of the present invention will be described. In this embodiment the male member is fitted with a sound producing means, which provides audio feedback when pressure is exerted by vaginal muscles on separate chambers of the male member. It has been empirically revealed that audio feedback is an additional factor contributing to efficiency of training, because it allows controlling the rate of exertion pressure on chambers of the male member. In fig.7 and 8 is seen the apparatus of the present invention configured as a longitudinally extending male member 700, comprising an external sleeve 710 made of an elastically deformable material, e.g. latex and an internal carrier rod 720. The sleeve is secured on the carrier rod, which has a middle section 730, a proximal conical section 740 and a distal spherically shaped section 750. The sleeve is secured on the carrier rod similarly to what has been explained above in connection with fig.3c. The sleeve is divided into two separate and autonomous chambers 760, 770 each of them having a convex configuration. The carrier rod is provided with a flange portion 780, which serves as a limiter when the male member is inserted into vagina. It is not shown in details but should be appreciated that within the carrier rod extend through going channels which are similar to those explained in connection with fig. 3b. In the flange portion of the carrier rod are made two cylindrical openings, which are in alignment with respective channels. By virtue of this provision one cylindrical opening is located concentrically with a longitudinal axis X-X of the male member while the second opening is situated eccentrically therewith such that there is provided autonomous fluid communication between chamber 760, 770 and respective opening made in the flange portion. A first sound producing means 780 is provided which is received within the opening situated concentrically with the axis X-X. A second sound producing means 790 is provided which is received within the opening situated eccentrically with the axis X-X. In practice as suitable sound producing means one can use a squeaker. It is advantageous if the squeakers are of dissimilar size so as to produce sounds of dissimilar height. Other sound producing means can be contemplated as well.
The apparatus of this embodiment is used as follows. A female user puts the male member into her vagina and exerts pressure by separate group of vagina muscles in accordance with the "dichotomy" principle on either chamber 760 or chamber 770 of the male member.
The female user should attempt to vary the value of pressure and the rate of its exertion until sound producing means begin to produce audio feedback. By virtue of this provision the female user could be capable to develop a very efficient control of vagina muscles. In fig. 9a and 9b is shown still further embodiment of the apparatus of the present invention, in which the male member is not provided with the carrier rod but is configured as an integral elastically deformable sleeve 900 which girth is delimited by an external wall 905 having thickness 1,5 mm. Such sleeve can be manufactured for example from latex. The sleeve is closed at its distal end and is open at its opposite proximal end. The sleeve's interior is divided into two separate and not communicating chambers 910 and 920 by a longitudinal tubular partition 930 and a transversal partition 940 connected to the sleeve's wall. By virtue of these provisions two separate chambers 910 and 920 are formed within the sleeve and chamber 910 is in fluid communication via tubular partition 930 with the outside atmosphere. Similarly to the previous embodiment the male member is provided with a flange portion 950 which in this embodiment is made integral with the sleeve. Situated eccentrically with the tubular partition an opening 960 is provided in the flange portion, which is in fluid communication with chamber 920. By virtue of this provision fluid communication is provided between chamber 920 and the outside atmosphere.
The inside diameter of the tubular partition and of opening 960 are selected in such a manner that it would be possible to deploy therein sound producing means, e.g. squeakers 970, 980.
One can easily appreciate that construction of the apparatus in accordance with this embodiment is very simple and it is convenient in use.
The invention has been described in detail with particular reference to certain preferred embodiments thereof, but it will be understood that variations and modifications can be effected within the scope of the invention.
So, for example, it could be used not only for training of vaginal muscles, but also for training of pelvic floor muscles or other muscles or groups of muscles as might be required for prophylactic or therapeutic purposes.
Furthermore, other feedback means could be used instead of those described above. In particular one can use as a suitable feedback means the arrangement disclosed in our Russian utility model No.99980.
It should also be appreciated that the features disclosed in the foregoing description, and/or in the following claims, and/or in the accompanying drawings may, both separately and in any combination thereof, be material for realizing the present invention in diverse forms thereof.
When used in the following claims, the terms "comprise", "include", "have" and their conjugates mean "including but not limited to".

Claims

WHAT IS CLAIMED IS:
1. An apparatus for training of a first and a second group of muscles of a female user, said apparatus comprising a male member, adapted for insertion into a cavity of the female user body, said male member comprising a first autonomous chamber and separated therefrom a second autonomous chamber, said first and said second autonomous chamber being in fluid communication with respective a first and a second source of a pressurized fluid and with respective a first and a second feedback means, the arrangement being such that when pressurized fluid is supplied from the first source of pressurized fluid to the first chamber a pressure is exerted on the first group of muscles and is indicated by the first feedback means, while no pressure is exerted on the second group of muscles and when the pressurized fluid is supplied from the second source of pressurized fluid to the second chamber the pressure is exerted on the second group of muscles and is indicated by the second feedback means, while no pressure is exerted on the first group of muscles.
2. The apparatus as defined in claim 1, in which said cavity is vagina, said first group of muscles and said second group of muscles comprises muscles associated with either a forward or a rear vagina's wall.
3. The apparatus as defined in claim 2, in which said first source of pressurized fluid and said second source of pressurized fluid comprises a rubber bulb and said pressurized fluid is air.
4. The apparatus as defined in claim 1 , in which said male member comprises a sleeve made from an elastically expandable material, said sleeve having an open proximal end and a closed distal end, wherein said male member further comprises a carrier rod having a proximal section, a middle section and a distal section, the arrangement being such that when the sleeve is secured on the rod, an interior of the sleeve is divided into the first autonomous chamber and the second autonomous chamber, said first and second autonomous chamber being separate and not communicating chambers, and the first chamber is capable upon supply of the pressurized fluid thereinto to inflate and to exert pressure on the first group of muscles, while the second chamber is capable upon supply pressurized fluid thereinto to exert pressure on the second group of muscles.
5. The apparatus of claim 4, in which said proximal section is provided with a first channel, situated concentrically with respect to a longitudinal axis of the carrier rod and with a second through going channel, situated eccentrically with respect to the central longitudinal axis of the carrier rod, such that there is provided autonomous fluid communication between the first channel and the first chamber and between the second channel and the second chamber.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, comprising a distributor flange fitted with a commutation channels providing fluid communication between the first source of pressurized fluid, the first feedback means, the first channel and the first chamber as well as fluid communication between the second source of pressurized fluid, the second feedback means, the second channel and the second chamber.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, in which said first and said second feedback means is configured as a visual pressure indicating means.
8. The apparatus as defined in claim 7, in which said visual pressure indicating means comprises a cup, divided into a first and a second compartment and said pressure indicating means further comprises a first and a second manometer chamber respectively received within the first and the second compartment, said first and second manometer chamber is in fluid communication respectively with the first and the second chamber of the male member, and said indicating means is provided with a scale bearing indicia indicating pressure in arbitrary units.
9. An apparatus for training of a first and a second group of muscles of a female user, said apparatus comprising a male member insertable into a cavity of the female user body, said male member comprising a first autonomous chamber and separated therefrom a second autonomous chamber, said first and said second autonomous chamber being elastically deformable, said first and said second autonomous chamber being respectively in fluid communication with a first and a second feedback means, wherein the first chamber is intended for compression by the first group of muscles and the second chamber is intended for compression by the second group of muscles.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, in which said male member comprises a sleeve made from an elastically expandable material, said sleeve having an open proximal end and a closed distal end, wherein said male member further comprises a carrier rod made having a proximal section, a middle section and a distal section, the arrangement being such that when the sleeve is secured on the rod, an interior of the sleeve is divided into the first autonomous chamber and the second autonomous chamber, said first and second autonomous chamber being separate and not communicating chambers.

The apparatus of claim 10, in which said proximal section is provided with a first channel, situated concentrically with respect to a longitudinal axis of the carrier rod and said proximal section is provided with a second channel, situated eccentrically with respect to the central longitudinal axis of the carrier rod.
12. The apparatus of claim 1 1, in which the first channel is in fluid
communication with the first chamber and with the first feedback means and the second channel is in fluid communication with the second chamber and with the second feedback means.
13. The apparatus of claim 12, in which said first and second feedback means comprises sound producing means.
14. The apparatus of claim 12, in which said sound producing means is a squeaker.
1 5. The apparatus of claim 13, in which the first sound producing means is of dissimilar size with the second sound producing means.
16. The apparatus of claim 9, in which said male member is configured and dimensioned as an integral sleeve made from elastically expandable material, said sleeve is provided with a closed distal end and with a proximal end, wherein said sleeve further is provided with a longitudinal tubular partition and with a transversal partition, the arrangement being such that interior of said sleeve is divided by the tubular partition into the first and the second autonomous chamber.
17. The apparatus of claim 16, in which said male member is provided with a flange portion, wherein said feedback means comprise a first and a second sound producing means, received respectively in an opening made in the flange portion and in the tubular partition.
18. A method for training of a first and a second group of muscles of a female user comprising: providing a male member insertable into a cavity of the female user's body, said male member being fitted with two separate, autonomous and not communicating chambers, capable upon supplying a pressurized fluid thereinto to elastically expand and exert pressure on either the first or the second group of muscles,
supplying the pressurized fluid into the first chamber until a first pressure can be exerted by the first chamber onto the first group of muscles,
detecting a value of the first pressure,
supplying the pressurized fluid into the second chamber until a second pressure can be exerted by the second chamber onto the second group of muscles, detecting a value of the second pressure, and upon establishing a dense physical contact between the said chambers and the cavity,
compressing the first chamber by the first group of muscles without exerting pressure on the second group of muscles,
compressing the second chamber by the second group of muscles without exerting pressure on the first group of muscles.
19. A method for training of a first and a second group of muscles of a female user comprising:
inserting a male member into a cavity of the female user's body, said male member being fitted with two separate, autonomous and not communicating chambers, capable upon supplying a pressurized fluid thereinto to elastically expand and exert pressure on either the first or the second group of muscles,
compressing the first chamber by the first group of muscles without exerting pressure on the second group of muscles,
detecting by a first feedback means a value of the exerted pressure, compressing the second chamber by the second group of muscles without exerting pressure on the first group of muscles,
detecting by a second feedback means a value of the exerted pressure.
20. The method of claim 19, comprising using a sound producing feedback means for developing ability to control the first and the second group of muscles by compressing either the first chamber or the second chamber with different rate.
