Abstract

The invention relates to a housing for receiving an electric drive, comprising coolant channels through which a coolant can flow. Said claimed housing (1) comprises two concentric housing parts (10, 20), one inner housing part (10) receives the electric drive (30) and an outer housing part (20) is arranged over the inner housing part (10). The coolant channels (12) are embodied in the surfaces of the inner and/or the outer housing parts (10, 20) which face each other and extend in the direction of the periphery of the housing parts (10, 20) along at least one section of an axis of the housing part (10, 20).
