Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur kontinuierlichen Herstellung von Krepppapier mit den Schritten der Herstellung einer Papierbahn (16) aus einer Stoffsuspension, der mechanische Entwässerung der Papierbahn (16) in einer Pressenpartie (1), der Erzeugung einer Kreppstruktur im Blattgefüge der Papierbahn (16), der thermischen Trocknung der Papierbahn (16). Die Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufbringen der Papierbahn (16) auf einen Glättzylinder (2) mittels eines volumenschonenden Anpresssystems (3) erfolgt, zur Trocknung und Erzeugung einer glatten Oberfläche auf der Papierbahn (16). Ein möglicher Vorteil des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens ist, dass das Krepppapier einseitig glatt ist und mit den beispielsweise dadurch veränderten Oberflächeneigenschaften für eine Vielzahl weiterer Anwendungsbereiche einsetzbar ist. Solche sind beispielsweise die Kaschierbarkeit des Krepppapiers, die Bedruckbarkeit des Krepppapiers und eine mögliche Verklebbarkeit des Krepppapiers.
