Abstract
본 발명에 따른 스퀄치 감지 회로는, 신호 라인을 통해 입력되는 신호를 인가 받아 일정한 크기의 전위 레벨로 시프트 시키는 입력레벨 쉬프터(110); 상기 입력레벨 쉬프터(110)에서 출력된 신호를 인가 받아 비교하여 데이터 신호가 노이즈 또는 신호 성분인지를 판별하는 비교기(140); 및 상기 입력레벨 쉬프터(110)에서 출력된 신호를 인가 받아 단일 신호로 변환한 후 탄성버퍼의 리셋 신호를 생성하도록 하는 리셋신호발생부(160)를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 스퀄치 감지 회로는 USB 2.0 인터페이스에서 스퀄치(squelch) 감지 및 탄성버퍼의 리셋 값을 제공하고, 서스펜드 모드(suspend mode) 상에서 전력 소모를 최대한 줄이는 장점이 있다.
