Description

Knock type writing instrument with shock relaxation function
The present invention relates to a knock-type writing instrument in which a pen tip is drawn out when a knock rod at the rear end of the shaft is pushed, and a pen tip is retracted when the knock rod is pushed once again, and in particular, has a mechanism for reducing the impact on the refill when the knock is released. It relates to a knock-type writing instrument.
In the Kernknock-type writing instrument, which is one of the mechanisms of the knock-type writing instrument, when the knocking operation is performed from the writing state and the return operation is performed by releasing the hand from the knocking rod, the rotor is pressed backward by the repulsive force of the spring. The second child cam moves vertically along the cam of the inner cylinder, and becomes the pen tip storage position. Due to the collision during the vertical movement in this return operation, the refill is impacted, especially in the case of water-based ink or gel ink, the ink inside the refill may be displaced or leaked, or air may be drawn from the tip of the refill, resulting in writing blur. Since there is a possibility, a mechanism for reducing the impact during the vertical movement has been desired. On the other hand, countermeasure products such as Patent Documents 1 to 3 are disclosed.

However, the methods disclosed in Patent Documents 1 to 3 have a problem that a typical Kernknock mechanism cannot be adopted, and that when the Kernknock mechanism is adopted, the number of parts increases.
An object of the present invention is to provide a knock-type writing instrument that can realize impact relaxation without increasing the number of parts while adopting a Kernknock mechanism.
According to one aspect of the present invention, a refill having a writing portion at the tip, a spring for urging the refill, and a knock bar disposed at the rear of the refill and projecting from the rear end of the shaft cylinder, and pressing the knock bar This is a knock type writing instrument in which the refill is in the writing position, and includes a rotor between the knock bar and the refill, the knock bar and the rotor having a corresponding first cam slope, It has a second cam slope corresponding to the inner cylinder fixed to the shaft cylinder, and when the knocking operation is performed, the first cam slope and the second cam slope are sequentially engaged by the repulsive force of the spring. Thus, in the knock type writing instrument configured to keep the refill at the writing position and the storage position by rotating the rotor in a predetermined direction by a predetermined angle, between the first cam slope and the second cam slope of the rotor. This is equipped with an elastic part The features. Thereby, the impact applied to the refill during the return operation can be reduced.
According to another aspect of the present invention, the elastic portion is further provided with a notch in the rotor itself along the cylindrical portion of the rotor between the first cam slope and the second cam slope. It is formed. Thereby, the impact applied to the refill during the return operation can be reduced with a small number of parts.
According to another aspect of the present invention, the first cam surface is further disposed on the rotor rear end surface. Thereby, the impact can be reduced with a simple configuration.
According to another aspect of the present invention, the second cam surface of the rotor and the inner cylinder is further characterized by having a lead angle of 45 degrees or more. Thereby, the impact caused by the collision of the cam surface during the return operation can be reduced, and the impact applied to the refill can be further reduced.
According to another aspect of the present invention, the notch of the rotor can be made substantially helical, so that the elasticity of the rotor itself can be further improved and the impact on the refill can be further alleviated.
As described above, the knock type writing instrument with an impact mitigating function of the present invention can relieve the impact on the refill during the return operation by providing the elastic portion, and ink leakage even when water-based ink or gel ink is used.
An embodiment of the present invention will be described.
The knock type writing instrument of the present embodiment is a Kern knock type writing instrument, and moves the refill to the writing position and the storage position by a knocking operation. Below, each component and operation | movement are demonstrated.
1A and 1B, a refill 6 and a spring 5 that urges the refill 6 toward the knock bar 4 are disposed. An inner cylinder 2 is fitted in the upper part of the shaft cylinder 1. 1A and 1B show a writing state and a storage state, which will be described later.
In the inner cylinder 2 shown in FIGS. 1A to 2B, a groove for a detent 4b of the knock bar 4 and an inner cylinder cam 2a for positioning the refill 6 are arranged on the inner wall surface. Further, an upper portion of the inner cylinder 2 is provided with an jaw portion 2b that comes into contact with the upper surface of the detent 4b when the pen tip described later is stored.
1A and 1B and FIGS. 3A to 3C, the rotor 3 according to the first embodiment has a first cam 3a that abuts the knock bar cam 4a at the upper end and a refill 6 for positioning the refill 6 at a substantially intermediate portion. It is a cylindrical member provided with two cams 3b. By providing a substantially helical cutout B along the cylindrical portion A between the first cam 3a and the second cam 3b, the rotor 3 can be expanded and contracted in the axial direction at this portion (elastic portion 3c). It will have the same properties as springs. That is, in this embodiment, the elastic part 3 c is formed integrally with the rotor 3. However, the elastic portion 3c does not necessarily have to be integrated with the rotor 3 as in the present embodiment, and may be produced by two-color molding using an elastically deformable material. The elastic portion 3c preferably has a spring constant larger than that of the spring 5 described later in consideration of deformation at the time of knocking operation, creep property at long-term storage, and the like.
A knock bar 4 shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B and FIGS. 4A to 4D is a cylindrical member disposed at the tail end of a writing instrument, and is formed in a cup shape with one side closed. A knock bar cam 4a that comes into contact with the cam on the upper end surface of the rotor 3 is provided on the inner bottom surface of the cup. Further, a detent 4b that slides in the groove of the inner cylinder 2 is disposed on the outer peripheral portion. As described above, the upper surface of the rotation stopper 4b contacts the jaw portion 2b of the inner cylinder 2 when the pen tip is stored.
The knock bar cam 4a and the first cam 3a have mountain-shaped cam slopes corresponding to each other, and the pitch of the mountain-shaped is shifted in the non-knock operation. The knock bar 4 is restricted from rotating in the circumferential direction because the rotation stopper 4 b slides in the groove provided on the inner wall surface of the inner cylinder 2. By the knocking operation in the axial direction, the knocking bar cam 4a and the first cam 3a mesh with each other, so that the rotor 3 is given a rotational force in a certain direction. The cam 3b moves while being in contact with the inner cylinder cam 2a, and rotates in a certain direction every time the knocking operation is performed.
Next, knock operation and knock release will be described.
The knocking operation is an operation from pushing the knocking bar 4 to releasing the finger to release it, and moving the pen tip from the retracted state to the writing position. In this case, the movement of each cam is knocked. It is called operation. On the other hand, the knock release is an operation in which the knock bar 4 is pushed in and released, but refers to a case where the pen tip is moved from the writing position to the storage position, and the movement of each cam in this case is called a return operation.
First, the knocking operation by the knocking operation will be described with reference to cam development views of FIGS. 5A to 5E. In this cam development view, the second cam 3b provided on the outer peripheral surface of the rotor 3 is located at a position during the knocking operation with respect to the inner cylindrical cam 2a provided on the inner peripheral surface of the inner cylinder 2. It shows which surface is in contact. Although the entire inner circumference of the inner cylinder 2 is shown in an expanded manner, the movement of the two second cams 3b is shown only in one place for convenience. The upper side of the figure is the knock bar 4 side, and the lower side is the pen tip side.
FIG. 5A shows the position of the second cam 3b of the rotor 3 with the pen nib retracted (see FIG. 1B). When the knocking rod 4 is knocked from here, the rotor 3 and the refill 6 are pushed forward by the knocking rod 4 (FIG. 5B, knock 1). At that time, the rotor 3 is given a rotational force from the relationship between the knock bar cam 4a and the first cam 3a. However, the rotation is restricted by the vertical wall of the inner cylinder cam 2a. When the rotor 3 second cam 3b moves forward to a position beyond the vertical wall of the inner cylinder cam 2a (FIG. 5C, knock 2), the restriction is applied. The rotor 3 is slightly rotated by the rotational force (FIG. 5D, knock 3).
When the hand is released from the knock bar 4, the second cam 3b of the rotor 3 rotates along the inner cylinder cam 2a. At this time, the rotation stops by hitting the vertical wall of the inner cylinder cam 2a at the writing position of the nib and the rotor 3 is pressed against the slope of the inner cylinder cam 2a by the spring 5, whereby the writing state shown in FIG. 5E is obtained. At this time, the pen tip and the knock mechanism are in the state shown in FIG. 1A.
Next, the return operation by releasing the knock will be described using the cam development views of FIGS.
FIG. 6A shows the position (writing state) of the second cam 3b described above. When the knock bar 4 is released from here, the rotor 3 is given a rotational force from the relationship between the knock bar cam 4a and the first cam 3a as in the knocking operation. Also at this time, the rotation is restricted by the vertical wall of the inner cylindrical cam 2a, and the rotor 3 is slightly rotated by the above-described rotational force at the time of advancement to the position beyond the vertical wall (FIG. 6B, return 1) (FIG. 6C, return 2).
When the hand is released from the knock bar 4 in FIG. 6C, the refill 6 and the rotor 3 are retracted together with the knock bar 4 by the repulsive force of the spring 5, and the second cam 3b collides with the slope of the inner cylinder cam 2a (FIG. 6D). Return 3). At this time, if the lead angle θ of the slope of the inner cylinder cam 2a shown in FIG. 6E is large, the impact when contacting the cam slope is small. The second cam 3b further retracts to the storage position along the slope of the inner cylinder cam 2a (storage state). At this time, the refill 6, the rotor 3, and the knock bar 4 are retracted together, and the knock bar 4 stops when the upper surface of the detent 4 b collides with the jaw part 2 b of the inner cylinder 2 at the moment when it is retracted to the storage position. To do. At the same time, the rotor 3 and the knock bar 4 receive an impact force from the mutual cam surfaces, that is, the cam surfaces of the first cam 3a and the knock bar cam 4a, and the refill 6 integrated with the rotor 3 also contacts the mutual. It receives impact force from the surface. At this time, the pen tip and the knock mechanism are in the state shown in FIG. 1B.
In the knock type writing instrument of the present invention, the elastic part 3c is provided in the cylindrical part of the rotor 3 against the above-mentioned collision, and the impact force to the refill 6 can be reduced by the deformation of the elastic part 3c. A clearance C is provided between the inner cylinder cam 2a and the second cam 3b so that the impact force is generated on the cam surface of the rotor 3 and the knock bar 4. This is because, if this portion collides, the impact force cannot be sufficiently absorbed by the elastic portion 3c of the rotor 3.
7A to 7F show another embodiment of the rotor 3 according to variations of the elastic portion 3c. In each figure, the elastic portion 3c is provided with a substantially spiral notch in the rotor itself.
The knock-type writing instrument of the present invention has the above-described configuration to alleviate the impact on the refill during the return operation, thereby adopting a Kernknock mechanism for ink misalignment and leakage inside the refill and writing blurring. Moreover, this can be prevented without increasing the number of parts.
