Abstract
Microsystem for generating a synthetic jet, corresponding manufacturing method and device for flow control. This microsystem (10) for generating a synthetic jet of fluid, comprising a chamber defining a cavity (12) and provided with an outlet orifice (14) for the jet and with at least one deformable diaphragm (16) associated with actuating means for causing the diaphragm (16) to start vibrating at least once and thus fluid to be sucked into and discharged from the cavity (12) through the orifice in order to generate the synthetic jet, is characterized in that the actuating means comprise electromagnetic means (18, 20).
