Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Kalibrieren einer Bestrahlungsvorrichtung einer Anlage zum generativen Herstellen eines dreidimensionalen Objekts. Das Kalibrieren beinhaltet Schritte zum Anordnen einer Bildwandlerplatte (12) in oder parallel zur Arbeitsebene der Anlage, wobei die Bildwandlerplatte (12) detektierbares Licht (13) abgibt, wenn die Bestrahlungsvorrichtung vorbestimmte Positionen der Bildwandlerplatte (12) mit energiehaltiger Strahlung bestrahlt; zum Abtasten der Bildwandlerplatte (12) durch die Bestrahlungsvorrichtung; zum Erfassen des detektierbaren Lichts (13) durch einen Lichtdetektor (15); zum Ermitteln von Koordinaten der Bestrahlungsvorrichtung, wenn das detektierbare Licht (13) erfasst wird; zum Vergleichen der ermittelten Koordinaten mit vorgegebenen Referenzkoordinaten; und zum Kalibrieren der Bestrahlungsvorrichtung auf der Grundlage einer Abweichung zwischen den ermittelten Koordinaten und den Referenzkoordinaten.
