- 前記制御部は、前記表示部に前記第1種記号及び前記第2種記号を、共に表示するように制御しているときに、
前記第2キーが押下された場合には、前記第1種記号に対してどのような処理が行われるかを報知制御し、
前記第3キーが押下された場合には、前記第2種記号に対してどのような処理が行われるかを報知制御することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の携帯電子機器。 - 前記制御部は、前記表示部に前記第1種記号及び前記第2種記号を、共に表示するように制御しているときに、前記第2キーが押下された場合には、前記第1種記号に対する第1の処理を実行し、前記表示部への前記第2種記号の表示を抑制するように制御し、
前記表示部に前記第1種記号及び前記第2種記号を、共に表示するように制御しているときに、前記第3キーが押下された場合には、前記第2種記号に対する第2の処理を実行し、前記表示部への前記第1種記号の表示を抑制するように制御することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の携帯電子機器。 - 前記制御部は、前記表示部に前記第1種記号及び前記第2種記号を、共に表示するように制御しているときに、前記第2キーが押下された場合には、前記第1種記号に対する第1の処理を実行し、かつ前記表示部への前記第2種記号の表示を抑制するように制御すると共に、前記第3キーに対して割り当てられている機能を前記第1種記号に関連する第3の処理を実行する機能に変更することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の携帯電子機器。
- 前記制御部は、前記第1種記号に対する第1の処理を実行し、かつ前記表示部への前記第2種記号の表示を抑制するように制御したときに、前記第3キーが押下された場合には、前記第1の処理が実行された後の第1種記号に対してどのような処理が行われるかを報知制御することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の携帯電子機器。
- 前記第2キーに割り当てられている機能は、前記第1種記号に係る記号を編集する機能であり、
前記第1の処理は、前記第2キーが押下されることにより、前記第1種記号に係る記号の変換候補の中から特定の記号を選択し、確定するための処理であり、
前記第3キーに割り当てられている機能は、前記第2種記号に係る記号に基づいて電話を発信するための機能であり、
前記第2の処理は、前記第3キーが押下されることにより、前記第2種記号に係る記号を電話番号として発信するための処理であることを特徴とする請求項3又は5に記載の携帯電子機器。 - 前記制御部は、前記表示部に前記第1種記号及び前記第2種記号を表示するように制御しているときに、前記第2キーが押下された場合には、前記第1種記号に対する第1の処理を実行し、
前記表示部に前記第1種記号及び前記第2種記号を表示するように制御しているときに、前記第3キーが押下された場合には、前記第2種記号に対する第2の処理を実行し、
前記第2の処理において、前記第2種記号に係る記号列が所定の記号列の場合には、当該記号列を電話番号として発信処理を実行し、当該記号列が前記所定の記号列ではない場合には、当該記号列を電話番号として発信処理を実行するか否かを確認後、発信処理を実行することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の携帯電子機器。 - 前記所定の記号列は、予め登録された記号列であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の携帯電子機器。
- 前記所定の記号列は、緊急通報用の記号列であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の携帯電子機器。
- 表示部と、キー操作部と、前記表示部及び前記キー操作部の制御を行う制御部と、を備え、
前記キー操作部は、第1種記号と第2種記号とが割り当てられている複数のキーからなる第1キー群と、前記第1キー群のキーにより入力された前記第1種記号及び前記第2種記号を消去する機能が割り当てられている特定キーとを含んで構成されており、
前記制御部は、初期画面を前記表示部に表示させている状態において、前記第1キー群のキーが押下されたときには、前記表示部の第1種記号表示領域に押下されたキーに割り当てられている前記第1種記号を表示し、前記表示部の第2種記号表示領域に押下されたキーに割り当てられている前記第2種記号を表示するように制御し、
前記特定キーが押下されたときに、当該特定キーの押下数に応じて、前記第1種記号の最後尾の記号から消去し、かつ、前記第2種記号の最後尾の記号から消去するように制御することを特徴とする携帯電子機器。 - 前記制御部は、前記第1キー群のキーの押下により、前記第1種記号表示領域と前記第2種記号表示領域とにそれぞれ記号が入力され、前記第1種記号表示領域に入力されている記号の数と前記第2種記号表示領域に入力されている記号の数とが異なっているときに、前記特定キーが押下されて、前記第1種記号表示領域又は前記第2種記号表示領域のいずれか一方に対する記号が全て消去され、他方に対する記号がまだ残存している場合には、前記第1種記号表示領域及び前記第2種記号表示領域の双方を表示し続け、その後、前記第1キー群のキーの押下が行われた場合には、押下されたキーに割り当てられている前記第1種記号を前記第1種記号表示領域に表示し、かつ、押下されたキーに割り当てられている前記第2種記号を前記第2種記号表示領域に表示することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の携帯電子機器。
- 前記制御部は、前記第1キー群のキーの押下により、前記第1種記号表示領域と前記第2種記号表示領域とにそれぞれ記号が入力され、前記第1種記号表示領域に入力されている記号の数と前記第2種記号表示領域に入力されている記号の数とが異なっているときに、前記特定キーが押下されて、前記第1種記号表示領域又は前記第2種記号表示領域のいずれか一方の表示領域に入力されている記号が全て消去された場合には、当該記号が全て消去された前記一方の表示領域を消去し、まだ記号が残存している他方の表示領域を前記表示部に拡大して表示することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の携帯電子機器。
