Abstract

La présente invention concerne un relais électronique pour un moteur à induction monophasé qui peut intégrer et exécuter une fonction de démarrage et une fonction de protection par une commande par programme. Le relais selon la présente invention comprend un moteur, un comparateur à fenêtre et une unité centrale de traitement (CPU). Le moteur est connecté entre un bobinage de démarrage et un condensateur de démarrage du moteur à induction monophasé et active/désactive une circulation de courant du bobinage de démarrage. Le comparateur à fenêtre compare une variation de tension aux bornes du moteur avec une première tension de référence pour détecter une valeur nulle de la tension du moteur avant le démarrage et compare la variation de tension aux bornes du moteur avec une seconde tension de référence pour détecter une valeur nulle du courant du bobinage de démarrage au démarrage. La CPU commande une gâchette du moteur afin de rendre le moteur passant lorsque le comparateur à fenêtre détecte la valeur de tension nulle après avoir fourni la première tension de référence avant le démarrage, appliquant un courant de gâchette au moteur afin de maintenir l'état passant du moteur lorsque le comparateur à fenêtre détecte la valeur nulle du courant du bobinage de démarrage, ce qui se produit à chaque demi-cycle d'une source d'alimentation électrique alternative après avoir fourni la seconde tension de référence au démarrage du moteur, reçoit une tension induite du bobinage de démarrage qui est proportionnelle à la vitesse angulaire du moteur en cours de démarrage, calcule un taux de variation de la tension induite qui est proportionnel à un couple de démarrage du moteur, afin de contrôler qu'un couple de démarrage du moteur est supérieur à une valeur maximale, et commande le moteur pour qu'il passe dans l'état bloqué lorsque le taux de variation de la tension induite commence de décroître.
