The Sanitary napkins with wings on the edges are attached on the insert part (1) presented in Picture 1 and the effects of the wings on the sanitary napkins and their purpose is strengthened through the insert part, while the esthetics, the comfort and the efficiency of the panties and the Sanitary napkins with wings are improved. From the outside, the Sanitary napkins are not visible because they are hidden in the insert part and the Menstrual hygiene-practical panties look like shown on picture number 2.

The invention is completely adjusted to the lifestyle of the modern women, her needs and habits, at the same time accomplishing its basic purpose - protection against leakage of body liquids and body discharge.

State of the art There are different products on the market for hygiene protection against leakage of body liquids and body discharge starting from the sanitary napkins, the diapers etc.
The industry for hygienic products is constantly improving itself, and has developed a whole variety of products mostly for women's greater comfort during the use of the sanitary napkins. This industry developed a whole range of sanitary napkins like the ultra thin everyday sanitary napkins, normal sanitary napkins, sanitary napkins with a great super absorption etc.
This industry during its constant development is trying to reach the balance between the comfort and the useful characteristics of the sanitary napkins. The first sanitary napkins, even those with Super Absorption, could not prevent the leakage of the body liquids. That is how the whole sanitary napkins industry concentrated on the so called Sanitary napkins with wings on the edges.
The position and the purpose of the wings have only one purpose which is to fix the sanitary napkins on the underwear. The American patent U.S. Pat. No. 3,489,149 discovers the menstrual panties which have the distinctive pocket in which the sanitary napkin is inserted.
But because of the thickness and the size of these panties, part of the underwear, the result was - low esthetics, lack of comfort and inefficiency of these menstrual panties with pocket. The panties were even more evident when light and thin materials were worn over the underwear. The displacement in various situations that are result of different positions of the body was evident and very unpleasant.
Another American patent U.S. Pat. No 3,720,212 introduces an innovation of the conventional panties with an extra layer for absorption of liquids inserted in a "sandwich" of two layers made of materials with high density. But, the low esthetics, the lack of comfort remained that were especially expressed when materials of light and thin materials were worn above the underwear. The same patented panties remain in use in medicine conditions and for older women. PRESENTATION OF THE TECHNICAL PROBLEM

The same invention unlike the inventions described in the part Techniques condition resolves the technical problem regarding the esthetics, the comfort and the efficiency of the panties that is not lingering when it comes to wearing thin materials over the underwear. The invention is closely connected to the sanitary napkins with wings that now are not visible and have high esthetics, comfort and efficiency. THE ESSENCE OF THE INVENTION

The invention consists of panties that have an insert part (1) for the Sanitary napkins with wings on the edges, that is presented in Picture 1, the insert part consists of an insert part and two openings of the insert part (2) presented in
Picture 1, in the openings the Sanitary napkins with wings on the edges are inserted. The Sanitary napkins with wings on the edges are attached on the insert part (1) presented in Picture 1 and the effects of the wings on the sanitary napkins and their purpose is strengthened through the insert part, while the esthetics, the comfort and the efficiency of the panties and the Sanitary napkins with wings are improved. From the outside, the Sanitary napkins are not visible because they are hidden in the insert part and the Menstrual hygiene-practical panties look like shown on picture number 2.

The invention Menstrual hygiene-practical panties as a part of the women's underwear is invention is completely adjusted to the lifestyle of the modern women, her needs and habits is designated with the fact that the effect of the wings on the Sanitary napkins and their purpose is strengthened through the insert part, while the esthetics, the comfort and the efficiency of the panties and the Sanitary napkins with wings are improved.
2. The insert part is designated with the fact that it improves the effect of the wings of the Sanitary napkins strengthening their purpose and improving the esthetics, the comfort and the efficiency of the panties in combination with the Sanitary napkins with wings.
