Abstract

This material comprises at least one bone anchoring member (2) whereof a proximal part (10) is connected to a flexible cord (15) serving to guide other members (4, 5), in particular to guide a connection yoke enabling the connection of the bone anchoring member (2) to a rod connecting several bone anchoring members to each other. According to the invention, the material comprises stop means (6) able to engage against one of said other members (4, 5) when these other members (4, 5) are engaged on the flexible cord (15), these stop means (6) being equipped with anti-reversing means (20) presenting an obstacle to their movement along the flexible cord (15) in the direction moving away from the bone anchoring member (2).
