MACHINE FOR MAKING AND SUPPLYING HOT OR COLD SOLUBLE DRINKS
The invention here presented refers to a vending machine for making drinks with modern and exclusive design that uses a great diversity of soluble powdered mixtures to the preparation of drinks, such as juices, coffees, chocolates, yogurts and teas, associated or not, with sugar and powdered milk, which produces drinks within a range of combinations never found in the current compact and small machines, endowed with an optimized and exclusive embodiment with dosers properly designed and positioned in order to allow the production of both hot or cold drinks in compact and small machine, with tanks for heating and cooling water endowed with special format and with a temperature equalization device, with double liquid distribution system, with dust and vapors optimized aspiration device which improves the hygiene processing and cleaning of the machine and with novel functional process run by a specific firmware or software, with additional advantages of introduce beautiful aesthetic aspect, agility in the applications and utilizations, favorable cost/benefit ratio, flexibility, effectiveness and economy.
As it is known by the technical means linked to the industry of machines for preparing drinks of the type vending machine, nowadays the compact and small machines that make soluble drinks and are widely well-known by the current state of the technique, in general are manufactured to serve hot drinks only, while others are manufactured to serve cold drinks, being individually limited to few variations in the menu. Machines that are able to alternatively prepare both hot and cold drinks are complex and big-sized machines that have separated raw materials containers in order to prepare cold or hot drinks. Another item well known in current art is the utilization of over dimensioned vacuum cleaners and trachiform piping, which as a final result retain the residues causing another problems, one of them is the dust of the product that was excessively aspired being eliminated by the vacuum cleaner output mouthpiece, which stays behind the machine and carries problems with the arrival of insects to the local.
By searching in patents databases, some patents on the subject were found, and are described below: a) Brazilian Patent PI 9601529-2, which discloses improvements in a machine to prepare coffee and another drinks, using soluble raw materials and hot water, endowed with agitator activated by electric motor with adjustable timer and of solenoid valve with adjustable timer, activated by the command of an electronic circuit and started by an optical sensor installed together and activated by a button commanding the dosage of soluble material; b) Brazilian Patent PI 0311860-6, which discloses a drink dispenser, such as cold tea or coffee, endowed with a source of water mixed on a desired temperature, obtained from a first stream and a second stream, with a chiller unit where the temperature of the first stream is reduced, and a water mixer device, fed in a drink mixing unit together with pre mixture powder, obtaining a selective dosage of the required drink; c) Brazilian Patent PI 0413936-4, which shows a method to prepare a drink, coffee machine assembly, collector container, additive retainer and drink preparing apparatus, in order to make drinks like cappuccino, endowed with at least one sachet of extraction loaded with a product to be extracted, with at least one additive retainer loaded with a soluble substance such as a flavor or coloring agent, with an instantaneous cream dispenser, a feeder of pressurized hot water, obtaining a coffee extract with a foam layer forming cappuccino; d) US 3,987,715, which discloses a device for automatic preparation of drinks and food liquids, endowed with a plurality of containers, each one with a composition of a particular soluble powder, mixture station for addition of water to the powder, an electrode, for example a sonotrode, vibrating within a range of sonic or ultrasonic frequencies, introduced into an opening at the bottom of containers to make the mixture of water and powder by immersion into him, being a portion of the added water used to clean the surface of the electrode in order to make him free of residual material, while the electrode is drawn off the container; e) US 4,396,131, which discloses a machine for sale of drink in cups using soluble component, endowed with a plurality of cup feeders, each feeder containing a cup with a particular type of soluble powder, being the cups positioned in an inverted position at the top of the feeder, with a catching and holder mechanism positioned along a horizontal track to leash a cup that is fed into a duct to the same local where the cup can be manually leashed for subsequent filling with liquid. With the removal of the cup at the top of the feeder, the feeder is elevated to the next position, the operation being repeated; and f) US 4,738,290, which discloses a machine for sale of drinks, endowed with drinks dispenser formulated with hot or chilled water and soluble extracts, endowed of a plurality of containers stocking several extracts, a main tank of water, water heater, water refrigerator, successive cup feeder, the cups coming from a magazine, a jet- homogenizer-type drink mixer, means to guide each cup from a ready position to an access position, means for measuring a predetermined quantity of soluble extract and an sliding valve in each container adapted to be reciprocal by the transfer of extract from one of the containers to the cup and controller driven by a simple energy supplying unit, which through a mechanism, controls separately according to the selected drink, the valves concentrically placed around the cup dispenser, causing an angular action converted in reciprocal action of the selected sliding valve.

As it can be concluded by the attached drawings, the present invention is composed by a set of devices and improvement in the composition of a compact and small machine for making and supplying hot or cold soluble drinks. Made in specific materials adequate for each particular part, form and embodiment that enable a perfect conditioning of the several equipment types inside the machine (1), which is composed by: a metallic cabinet (2), of rectangular prismatic general form, with posterior opening (2A) and posterior lid, a superior opening (2B) with superior Hd (2Bl) and a frontal opening (2C); said frontal opening being closed by a frontal cover (3) with a light superior convex (3A), a lowering (3B) in format of a chalice, disposed symmetrically centered from top to bottom, which contains in its narrower part, a panel of digital commands with keys and luminous LED indicators for programmed products (3C) and a display (3D), a hollow in arc (3E), with rectangular opening (3F), disposed symmetrically centered in the frontal/inferior part of the lid (3), which is used to place the cup (A) in position, a coins or tokens collector (4), which contains a mechanism (4A), which deposits the coins or tokens in the strong box (4B); the posterior and internal part of the cabinet (2), contains a series of devices, being them: an input for electricity (5) with a switch (5A); a main CPU board (6) where the program and the commands operations are centralized; a key source (7); an electro valve (8) for the external input of water (8A); a refrigeration system (9) which is assembled over a removable platform (9A), to make easier the assembly and future maintenances, and over the platform it is a radiator (9B), a fan (9C), a compressor (9D) which uses the Rl 34 gas (Tetrafluoroethane); the system refrigerates the chilled water tank (10), which is closed by a lid (10A), which contains a spike (10B) for a hot water system which is assembled over the removable platform (9A) and it is composed by a hot water tank (11) that has in its inner part, a resistance (HA), which is heated by the electrical current that has inputs by the two terminals (HB), and it is closed by a lid (HC), which contains a spike (11D) for water input; both tanks are endowed with a level probe and temperature sensor (B), by a manifold (12) with hoses (12A) and dosing nipple (12B) and two electro valves (12C), by a pressure balance system (13) with return orifice (13A)5 which are supplied with cold or hot water, by electro pumps (14) and by the hoses (14A); the machine (1) also contains, reservoirs (15) which store the product powder, each one with shaking gears (15A) positioned out of center in order to keep homogenized the product powder, thus avoiding intervals between the portions predefined by the unloading springs (15B)5 the which ones are rotated by the moto reducers ( 16), being these responsible for pushing the product powder to the channels (17), which deposit it in the mixer (18) where the powder is mixed with water through a beater (19); after preparation, the drink passes through the hoses (20) to the nipple (21) and fills the cup (A); this process produces water steam and powder remains that are sucked by a dust and vapors aspiration system (22) which is composed by a ventilation tray (22A) which contains two inlets (22Al) for the vapor input, two blocking (22A2) which avoid the excess input of residual powder, a mouthpiece (22A3) of semicircular format, which reduces the turbulent air effect next to the input mouthpiece of the vacuum cleaner (22B), which pull the vapor and the residual powder and sends them through duct of ventilation (22C) in output duct (25), positioned at the top of the cup (A) and in the inferior part of the nipple (21). Each cup (18) receives the tangential input of hot or chilled water. When we wish to obtain products with three components plus water, with sugar or sugarless, for example cappuccino (coffee, milk and chocolate) there will be the utilization of the two cups (18), concomitantly. When we wish to obtain products with two components plus water, with sugar or sugarless, there will be the utilization of the cup (18) of the right or there will be utilization of the two cups (18), concomitantly, if one of the components is in the reservoir (15) of the left. When we wish to obtain product with a single component plus water, with sugar or sugarless, there will be the utilization of the cup (18) of the right or of the left. When we wish to obtain product with a single component (which is not perfectly miscible with the other powders) plus water, with sugar or sugarless; this component will be in the reservoir (15) at the left of all and will use the cup (18) of the left. The machine of the present patent will be able to contain a cup supply automatic system and also a card system instead of coins or tokens and the measures, dimensions and quantities can vaiy according to the need of use.

at the same time the CPU (6) activates the beater (19) and moto reducer(s) (16) rotating the unloading spring(s) (15B), pushing the powder(s) of the product to the channel(s) (17) which deposit it in the mixer (18) in the programmed time relative to the necessary quantity(ies) of powder(s) to do the chosen drink, occurring the dissolution of the powder(s) in water and running of the ready drink by the hose (20) by gravity to the cup (A); SUPPLYING HOT OR COLD SOLUBLE DRINKS, according with claim 1. characterized by, machine (1) that is composed by a metallic cabinet (2), of rectangular prismatic general form, with posterior opening (2A) and posterior lid, a superior opening (2B) with superior lid (2Bl) and a frontal opening (2C); said frontal opening being closed by a frontal cover (3) with a light superior convex (3A), a lowering (3B) in format of a chalice, disposed symmetrically centered from top to bottom, which contains in its narrower part, a panel of digital commands with keys and luminous LED indicators for programmed products (3C) and a display (3D), a hollow in arc (3E), with rectangular opening (3F), disposed symmetrically centered in the frontal/inferior part of the lid (3).
