Abstract

An electrosurgical system comprises outputs (16, 18, 26) for connection to respective electrodes (24, 22, 32, 34) and control means arranged to apply an alternating voltage between the outputs (16, 18, 26). The control means includes frequency control means arranged to vary the frequency of the alternating voltage.
