Abstract

The invention relates to oil-free, topical compositions in a formulation based on water for use on the skin, comprising hyaluronic acid and/or the salts thereof and at least one electrolyte salt as a component and if applicable, chondroitin sulfate in a composition imitating the natural amniotic fluid. It is particularly suited for the treatment and prevention of eczema and especially of neurodermitis, of atopic eczema and of eczema of infants.
