Abstract

L'endoprothèse est destinée à être implantée dans un anévrisme (12) d'un patient résultant d'une déformation d'une paroi vasculaire, en particulier artérielle (14), comprenant : - une enveloppe tubulaire (22, 24) s'étendant suivant une direction (Y- Y'), et - une pluralité de sondes (26) de pression fixées sur l'enveloppe (22, 24), chaque sonde (26) comprenant : - un capteur (28) pour réaliser une mesure de pression, et - des moyens (34, 36) pour transmettre la mesure de pression à un appareil de surveillance placé à l'extérieur du patient. Les moyens (34, 36) pour transmettre la mesure de pression de chaque sonde (26) sont adaptés pour générer un signal électromagnétique de transmission de la mesure de pression comportant au moins une caractéristique distinctive de la sonde (26) dont ces moyens (34, 36) font partie.
