Abstract

A load cell assembly (10, 10', 10' ', 10' ') for sensing force and/or moment components on a rotating body (69) supported by a frame (15, 17) includes an axle (18) having opposite ends joined to the frame (15, 17). A hub (12) is supported by the axle (18) and rotatable about a longitudinal axis thereof. A load cell body (62) joined to the hub (12) and the rotating body (69) is used to sense force and/or moment components between the hub (12) and the rotating body (69).
