Abstract

It is a device fixed externally to treat the different kinds of acquired or congenital foot deformations and treatment of fractures. The device consists of three arches (1,7,10) connected to each other by rods (12) and hinged parts (3,4) that allow moving the foot parts in different directions and situations, it has also a complex of devices for holding, guiding and fixing a screws (2,3) through the main foot parts, those screws were inserted into the bone parts from sides of less pain to the patient to make him more able to withstand the device during the remedy period. The patient can walk with this device easily by wearing a special shoe attachment.

Treatment of congenital and acquired foot deformity is considered a big problem for people concerned, since the other methods are
5 - huger in size and more painful and more difficult for walking. This pushed me to invent a hinge system more simple in size and shape and adjustment of hinges, and the system is simpler for walking because we can adjust a shoe attachment to the hinge system.

5- which can applied on the arch's edge and fixed through the
hole(s) in 5 -the arc, the other end of the wire fixed with a complex
