Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine elektrolumineszente Lichtemissionseinrichtung mit einer Anordnung organischer Schichten, die auf einem Substrat aufgebracht sind, sowie ein Verfahren zum Herstellen. Die Anordnung organischer Schichten umfasst die folgenden Schichten: mindestens eine Ladungsträgertransportschicht aus organischem Material und mindestens eine Licht emittierende Schicht aus organischem Material. Die Anordnung organischer Schichten weist weiterhin mindestens eine dotierte Fullerenschicht auf, welche eine die elektrische Leitfähigkeit erhöhende Dotierung aufweist.
