Definitions
- the invention relates to an electromechanical rotary lock cylinder with a stator and a rotor mounted therein, with a mounted in a lower part of the stator blocking element which engages in a closed position in the rotor and in an open position releases the rotor, with an actuator which in Depending on arranged on a key information is controllable.
- Electro-mechanical lock cylinder of the type mentioned have long been known. They have the advantage that increased security is possible through electronically secured user recognition. With this user recognition is achieved that only by introducing a predetermined electronic information, the rotor can be operated by the imported key.
- An electro-mechanical rotary lock cylinder has become known, for example, from EP 0 712 181 A (AZBE). This has a blocking element one
- Blocking pin which is mounted in a cylinder bag and which is connected via an eccentric with an electric motor. By turning the shaft of the electric motor of the
- Pin are moved from a first to a second position when the electronic code read by a key inserted into the lock cylinder corresponds to a code stored in a memory of the lock cylinder.
- Electric motors are stored in the cylinder bag batteries.
- this rotary lock cylinder is the energy consumption for moving the locking element or the blocking pin comparatively high.
- the batteries must therefore be replaced comparatively frequently.
- the blocking element is designed as a bracket which engages in recesses of the rotor.
- an actuator is arranged, which has an electric motor whose shaft is provided with two opposing cams, which engage in the blocking position on the bracket. The strap is released, it can be pushed out of the recesses in the peripheral surface of the cylinder core by the manual force when turning the key inserted into the cylinder core. Improper operation may cause the two cams to jam between the bracket and the cylinder housing, resulting in increased power consumption.
- BKS DE 195 17 704 A discloses an electro-mechanical rotary lock cylinder in which the locking element is also designed as a sliding pin. This pin is also coupled via an eccentric with an electric motor. When turning the eccentric, the locking pin is moved. Again, the energy consumption for the operation of the locking element is comparatively high.
- the invention has for its object to provide an electro-mechanical rotary lock cylinder of the type mentioned, which is characterized by a much lower energy consumption and can still be produced inexpensively and is functionally reliable.
- a generic rotary lock cylinder achieved in that for moving the locking element from the closed position into the open position, a pusher member is provided which is actuated with the key and that the blocking element is fixed in the closed position and by pressing the Actuator is released.
- the blocking element is not moved with the actuator, but with a pusher member. The energy for this is mechanically when inserting the key shaft in the Key channel applied. The energy for moving the blocking element is thus applied by the user mechanically by importing the key into the keyway.
- the actuator only serves to fix the blocking element in the closed position.
- the pusher member projects into the key channel in a rear region of the rotor and is movable with the key inserted into the key channel.
- the pusher member is moved shortly before the full insertion of the key shaft in the engine, for example, down. This allows a very simple and safe operation of the trigger member.
- a movable part is provided, which is movable with the actuator between two positions, wherein in a first position, the blocking element is locked and released in a second position. Such a movement can be done with a very small amount of energy.
- the movable part is preferably designed as a slide, on which the blocking element is present in the locked position.
- the movable part has a surface which is inclined to the direction of movement of the blocking element and to which the blocking element is present in the locked position.
- This inclined surface makes it possible to move the slider with very little friction from the blocking element.
- the slider engages the inclined surface at the lower end of the locking element.
- the blocking element preferably has two locking pins which each engage with one end in the rotor.
- the blocking element with at least one spring element or another energy storage element by pressing the trigger member is clamped. If the blocking element is released by actuating the actuator, the blocking element immediately moves into the open position due to the tension of the spring element, in which the rotor can be rotated.
- the presser member is also stretched during its operation by a spring element or by another suitable energy storage element, so that the trigger member when removing the key again automatically moves to the starting position.
- the blocking element is also automatically guided by the pusher member in the starting position and thus in the closed position.
- the blocking element is formed according to an embodiment of the invention by two locking pins, which are operatively connected to the pusher member.
- the trigger member has, according to a development of the invention, a contact element which allows further mechatronic functions, in particular programming the electronics with a programming key and / or a supply of the control device.

- the rotary lock cylinder 1 shown in Figures 2 to 4 has a rotor 10 which is mounted in a bore 6 of a stator 5.
- the rotor 10 has a keyway 11 into which, according to FIGS. 7a to 7d, a shaft 4 of a key 2 can be inserted.
- By holes not shown here in the key shank 4 tumblers, not shown here are classified. These tumblers have core pins and housing pins that are mounted in slides, not shown here, which are arranged in recesses 16 (FIG. 2) of the stator 5.
- a driver not shown here is coupled, with which a bolt of a lock, not shown here can be actuated.
- the rotary lock cylinder 1 may be a simple rotary lock cylinder with only one rotor 10 or a double rotary lock cylinder with two rotors 10 and correspondingly two stators 5.
- the key 2 can be designed according to WO 2004/066220 of the applicant.
- the key 2 can thus have a control circuit and a transmitting and receiving circuit in a known manner, so that information signals to the control circuit of the rotary lock cylinder 1 can be transmitted.
- the rotary lock cylinder 1 can be operated "stand alone” or networked.
- the stator 5 has a cylinder bag 8 with a rearwardly open recess 12 for receiving a connecting web, not shown here. Holes 40 are provided in the cylinder sack according to FIG. 3 and receive pins which are not shown here, with which the connecting web is connected to the stator 5.
- the recess 12 is connected to a further recess 9 arranged at the top, into which the actuating device 14 shown in FIG. 1 is inserted. This serves for
- Locking pins 32 has, which are each mounted displaceably in a bore 30 of a guide member 28.
- the plate-shaped guide element 28 is fastened to a carrier 15.
- This carrier 15 has a block 27 in which an electric motor 17 is mounted.
- the electric motor 17 is supplied via lines 41.
- Guide element 28 is used according to Figures 2 and 3 in a recess 13 of the stator 5, which is open towards the keyway 11 and also to the recess 9.
- the two locking pins 32 protrude in a closed position in each case according to Figure 3 in a
- the guide element 28 has an upper surface 29, which is curved according to the lateral surface of the rotor 10.
- a pusher member 33 is mounted, which has two cams 35 and 42 which protrude from below into the keyway 11 according to FIG. As can be seen, the pusher member 33 projects through a passage 31 of the guide member 28 and projects beyond the surface 29.
- the cam 42 which has a front to a front side 7 of the rotary lock cylinder 1 a smaller distance than the other cam 35, has a surface 34, which Direction of movement of the pusher member 33 and also inclined to the direction of movement of the locking element 25.
- the pusher member 33 has on its underside a spring element 43, which is supported in a recess 26 of a plate 23. If the pusher member 33 according to FIG. 2 is moved downward in the direction of the arrow 44, then the spring element 43 is tensioned.
- the spring element 43 is here a spiral spring, but can also be any other suitable energy storage element.
- the pusher member 33 can be moved by inserting the shaft 4 in the keyway 11 in the direction of the arrow 44 downward. As mentioned, this is the
- the pusher member 33 has according to Figure 1, two laterally projecting arms 45 which are arranged below the guide member 28 and which each engage around a locking pin 32.
- On the arms 45 each have a spring element 37 is supported, which projects down into a passage 24.
- the springs 37 are respectively supported according to FIG. 3 on a mushroom-shaped head 38 of the corresponding locking pin 32.
- Press member 33 moves in the direction of the arrow 44 down, the two spring elements 37 are compressed and thus the two pins 32 are tensioned.
- the pusher member 33 has a band-shaped contact element 51, which has an upper contact surface 52 and a lower contact surface 53.
- the upper contact surface 52 extends approximately horizontally and is located at the upper end of the pusher 33.
- the lower contact surface 53 extends downward and is arranged so that it is electronically contacted upon depression of the pusher member 33 with a control device 48.
- the control device 48 consists of a hood-shaped guide plate shown here only schematically, which covers the motor 17 and which is used both on the inside and on the outside.
- An antenna 49 projects through an opening 54, which, as can be seen, is inclined to the horizontal and directed toward the window 55 shown in FIG. However, the window 55 is not mandatory.
- an upper contact tongue 50 and a lower contact tongue 56 are arranged on the control device 48.
- the upper contact tongue 50 is pressed onto the lower contact tongue 56 by the pusher 33.
- the electronics is woken up from a "sleep mode", whereupon the motor 17 is actuated.
- the controller then immediately falls back into "sleep mode”. It is awakened again as soon as the contact between the two contact tongues 50 and 56 is canceled again, whereupon the motor 17 is actuated again. The controller then falls back into the "sleep mode".
- the contact element 51 can be electrically contacted with a programming key (not shown here) on the contact surface 52. This makes it possible to use the trigger member 33 for further mechatronic functions.
- the programming key can be used to program the electronics with regard to authorizations. In order not to load the battery in this case, the electronics can be fed via the programming key.
- the contact element 51 can also be used as a power contact for an emergency opening with an empty battery. With the contact element 51 can thus be made an electrical connection of the programming key and the electronics of the control device 48.
- the wake-up contact via the two contact tongues 50 and 56 is independent of the connection of the contact element and can in principle be done without electrically conductive components.
- the two locking pins 32 are in each case in contact with the aforementioned head 38 on a slider 20.
- the slider 20 is guided in a slot-shaped recess 21 of the carrier 15.
- the slide 20 has an inclined surface 46.
- the two heads 38 rest on this surface 46.
- the surface 46 is inclined to the longitudinal direction of the two pins 32 so that the slider 20 can be pulled away from the pins 32 without substantial friction.
- the two locking pins 32 can not be moved down. The pins 32 are thus fixed by the slider 20.
- the two pins 32 can be moved from the pusher 33 down, the slider 20 is moved in Figure 3 with the motor 17 to the left, so that the engagement of the two locking pins 32 is lifted on the surface 46.
- a comparatively small way is required.
- the motor 17 is connected to the plate 23 via a gear G (FIG. 1).
- the gear G has a spindle 18 with an external thread 19, which engages in a corresponding threaded bore 22 of the slider 20.
- the transmission G can also be another suitable transmission, for example a worm gear or the like.
- the actuation of the slide 20 can also be done in a different way, for example pneumatically, electromagnetically, hydraulically or with a piezoelectric element.
- the movement is in the example shown a linear movement, but in principle is also another movement, such as a rotational movement possible.
- the power consumption for shifting the slider 20 is very small.
- the slider 39 is thus moved in Figure 3 to the left.
- Sufficient is already a way in the range of about 1 mm to cancel the fixation of the two locking pins 32.
- the spindle 18 is rotated accordingly in the other direction, so that the slider 39 goes into the position shown in Figure 3.
- the transmission G is preferably self-locking, so that the slider 39 can not be moved without operating the motor 17.
- the key shank of the key 2 In order to actuate a lock or the like, the key shank of the key 2 according to FIGS. 5 a, 6 a and 7 a is inserted into the keyway 11.
- the front end of the key shank 4 in this case moves onto the trigger member 33 and moves it downwards.
- the two contact elements 50 and 51 touch each other, whereby the electronics is woken up.
- the code stored in the key 2 is also read and the authorization is checked.
- the key shank 4 is completely in the keyway 11, the tumblers are arranged and the trigger member 33 is in the lower position according to Figures 5b, 6b and 7b.
- the slightly longer cam 35 is under tension on a lower narrow side 47 of the shaft 4 at.
- the two locking pins 32 are still in engagement with the rotor 10, as shown in FIG.
- the spring elements 37 and 43 are stretched.
- the slider 20 is in the position shown in Figure 3 and thus the two locking pins 25 are fixed downward.
- the rotor 10 is thus still locked.
- the code stored in the handle 3 of the key 2 is checked contactlessly in a control (not shown here) for access authorization. If the access authorization is given and decided that the rotor 10 may be actuated by the inserted key 2, then the actuator or the motor 17 is switched on and the slider 20 is displaced, so that the two locking pins 32 are released.
- the slider 20 is retracted only when the pusher member 33 is in the lower position and the spring members 37 and 43 are thus tensioned. This is readily accomplished by delaying the electronics by reading in and checking the code and operating the motor 17. Basically, it is possible to minimize this delay such that the spool 20 is about to actuate the pusher 33 or substantially at the same time the slider 20 is withdrawn.
- FIGS. 10 to 18 show a rotary locking cylinder 1 'with an actuating device 60 according to an alternative embodiment.
- the actuator 60 operates substantially the same as the actuator 14.
- a locking lever 68 is provided instead of the slider 20 here.
- Two locking pins 64 engage in a working position in the rotor 10 and are locked by the locking lever 68 in this position. If the authorized key 2 is inserted into the rotary locking cylinder 1 ', a motor 78 is switched on and released by the motor of the locking lever 68.
- the preloaded locking pin 64 can now be moved by complete import of the key 2 in a position in which the rotor 10 is no longer locked.
- the locking pins 64 are moved by inserting the key 2 in the rotary lock cylinder T in the unlocked position.
- the motor 78 has only the task of releasing the locking lever 68 and finally lock again. This is possible with a very small amount of energy, so that the energy source, such as a battery can be spared. In addition, jamming can be avoided.
- the actuating device 60 will be described in more detail below.
- the actuator 60 has a housing 76 which is fixedly disposed in the rotor 10. On the housing 76, an upper housing part 61 is placed and fixed on the housing 76 with a fastening screw 62 and 79. In the housing 76 of the motor 78 and the locking lever 68 are mounted. The upper housing part 1 serves to support the two locking pins 64 and the trigger member 63.
- a worm 77 is connected, which can be rotated with the motor 78 in the positive and negative directions of rotation about the motor axis.
- the worm 77 is engaged with a toothing 80 of a toothed segment 71.
- the sector gear 71 can be pivoted about two bearing pins 69 between two positions.
- the toothed segment 71 has laterally an integrally formed bearing pin 72, with which it is pivotally mounted in the housing 76. Opposite this bearing pin 72, a locking member 73 is arranged, which cooperates with a ratchet lever 74.
- the ratchet lever 74 is pivotally mounted about a pivot axis 81 on the locking lever 68. As shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, the ratchet lever 74 is held in the position shown in FIG. 13 by means of a leaf spring 75.
- the leaf spring 75 biases the ratchet lever 74 in the counterclockwise direction in FIG. 13 with a lever arm 85 against a web 83.
- the ratchet lever 74 is angular and has on an upwardly projecting lever arm 86 a surface 84 against which said blocking part 73 abuts.
- the ratchet lever 74 can not be moved upwards, because he is pending on the locking part 73.
- the locking lever 68 can not be pivoted counterclockwise about the two bearing pins 69. This has the consequence that the two locking pins 64 can not be moved downwards from the position shown in FIG.
- the two locking pins 64 have at a lower end a foot 66 which engages in a recess 70 of the locking lever 68, as for example, the figure 12 shows.
- the recesses 70 are each directly below one of the two bearing pins 69.
- the locking lever 68 can not be pivoted about the two bearing pins 69.
- the two locking pins 64 are therefore fixed in the locked position.
- the toothed segment 71 can now be pivoted about the bearing pin 72 so that the locking part 73 no longer locks the ratchet lever 74 and the locking lever 68 in FIG. 12 can be pivoted counterclockwise about the two bearing pins 69.
- the two locking pins 64 are thus no longer fixed down.
- a compression spring 65 is placed, which is loaded with the pusher 63.
- the pusher 63 according to FIG. 10 has two arms 87 which respectively receive a locking pin 64. If the trigger member 63 is moved downwards by the key 2, the two compression springs 65 are tensioned. Accordingly, the two locking pins 64 are clamped down against the locking lever 68. At the same time, the compression spring 67 is tensioned, which is supported on the housing 76.
- Figures 15a, 15b and 15c show the rotary lock cylinder 1 'in the locked position.
- the two locking pins 64 each engage with an upper end in a recess of the rotor 10 and lock it.
- the usual tumblers, which also lock the rotor 10, are not shown here. These tumblers are designed as usual and can.
- control bores in the shaft 4 of the key 2 are arranged.
- the pusher member 63 is moved downward and the springs 65 and 67 tensioned.
- the locking pins 64 remain in the locked position.
- the controller checks the code of the key 2 without contact. If the key 2 is authorized, the motor 78 is switched on and the toothed segment 71 is pivoted about the bearing pin 72 into the position shown in FIG. 17c by rotation of the worm 77. As can be seen, is now the locking member 73 outside the range of the surface 84 of the ratchet lever 74. The key 2 can now be fully inserted into the keyway and accordingly, the two locking pin 64 and the pusher 63 can be moved further down. The locking lever 68 is thereby pivoted into the position shown in Figure 17c.
- the leaf spring 75 simultaneously pivots the locking lever 68 back into the in the
- Figures 12 and 15c shown starting position.
- the two locking pins 64 are also raised with the movement of the pusher 63 in the locked position.
- Control device 56 lower contact tongue
- Compression spring 81 pivot axis
