It is depicted a constructive disposition in washing machine structure that comprises a washing tub (10) that incorporates in one single piece a panel (101 ), external tails (102), debase (103) disposed in the tub for the fitting of the threads filter (20), a debase disposed (103) in the tub for the fitting of the deposit of the detergent (30), device for fitting (104) the inward water lines and water flush (40), bushing of the mechanical set directly into the tub (10), projections of resiliencies disposedin a transversal way (105) in the internal region of the washing tub (10) forming a cleaner, a grille (106) dispodsed in the internal region of the washing tub (10), a fitting (108) for the motor (80) disposed in the posterior external portion of the washing tub (10), said tub based on a removable base (50) fitted in a debase (107) disposed on the external inferior border of the tub (10) and a top cover (60).

Description

CONSTRUCTIVE DISPOSITION IN WASHING MACHINE STRUCTURE
FIELD OF INVENTION
The present invention refers to a constructive disposition in washing machine structure. More specifically, comprises a washing tub having external covering that eliminates the need of a structure of a cabinet structure in order to incorporate several functions in one single piece. BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
Washing machines from the state of art present cabinet, washing tub disposed inside the cabinet and cover, said components are fitted or fixed in order to structure the mechanical part of the equipment. The arrangement of such components, even distinct and with several embodiments, do not present relevant structural modifications.
The application of the utility model MU 8300608 depicts a tank-washing machine, with tub-cabinet in single piece and distributor of soap where the tub presents external walls forming the cabinet making the finishing when fitting to the base, being the liquid flushed into the tub through a soap distributor device.
The application of the utility model MU 8201201 depicts a washing machine, with tub and cabinet integrated forming a single piece fitted to a superior frame and a skirt piece.
Therefore, the art literature presents washing machines having cabinet and tub integrated. However, there also is the need of improving the equipment structure in order to provide a washing tube with external finishing that eliminates the need of a cabinet and that integrates the tub in a panel, external tails forming a covering and a cover finishing, a debase disposed in the tub to fit the threads filter, a debase disposed in the tub to fit the deposit of the detergent, device to fit the inward water lines and water flush and bushing of the mechanical set, said tub based on a removable base that is fitted inside the tub during the transport and storage of washing machine.
Thus, open literature does not depict nor suggests an equipment that presents a washing tub with external finishing that eliminates the need of a structure of cabinet and incorporates in a single piece several functions, such constructive disposition being depicted and claimed in the present application. SUMMARY
In general, the present Invention refers to a constructive disposition in washing machine structure that comprises a washing tub that incorporates in a single piece a panel, external tails as a covering and a cover finishing, a debase disposed in the tub to fit the threads, a debase disposed in the tub to fit the deposit of the detergent, device to fit the inward water lines and water flush and bushing of the mechanical set, projection of resiliencies disposed in a transversal way in the internal region of the washing tub, a grille disposed on the base of the internal region of the washing tub, a base for the motor incorporated on the external posterior of the washing tub, said tub on a removable base fitted in the inferior external border and a top cover.
It is characteristic of this invention a constructive disposition in washing machine structure with a washing tub having external finishing that eliminates the need of a cabinet structure.
It is characteristic of this invention a constructive disposition that incorporates several functions in one single piece where the washing tub aggregates several components that reduce time of assembly and production costs.
It is characteristic of this invention a constructive disposition in washing machine that provides gains in the packing, storage and transport, by presenting removable and compact components fittable inside the tub. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRWAINGS

Figure 10 presents view in perspective of the removable base being figure 1OA the superior view and Figure 10B inferior view. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The constructive disposition in washing machine structure that is object of the present invention comprises a washing tub (10) that incorporates in one single piece a panel (101), external tails (102) as a cover finishing (60) and a handle all around the tub, stamped debase (103) in the tub for a debase disposed in the tub to fit the threads filter (20), a debase disposed (103') in the tub to fit the deposit of the detergent (30), device to fit (104) the inward water lines and water flush (40) and bushing of the mechanical set (10), said tub based on a removable base (50) having a top cover (60).
The panel (101) comprises a superior projection defined from superior edge of the tub border (10), said panel (101) that presents the handlings.
External tails (102) that serve as covering and cover finishing (60) comprise a projection from tubs superior border (10) disposed all around the washing tub (10), said external tails (102) forming a covering that aggregates the function of handling all around the tub, besides promoting the structuring of the covering and facilitate the transport of the washing machine.
According to presented in the figure 3 attached, the threads filter (20) is fitted in a debase (103') disposed in the internal surface of the tub (10), said debase (103') serving as a guide for deposit fixation (30).
Internal region of the washing tub (10) presents in the surface the projections of resiliencies disposed in a transversal way (105), said resiliencies (105') with the function of cleaner and optimizing the structuring of the washing tub (10) according to figure 7.
According to presented in figures 5 and 6, in the base of internal region of the washing tub (10) it is disposed a grille (106) for water outflow, said grille (106) that presents a mesh for filtering that avoids obstruction of the drainage water line. The grille (106) is disposed beside the agitator (70), positioning that facilitates cleaning, avoiding assembly and dismantling of the agitator (70).
Tub (10) presents a debased region (107) in the external inferior border that is suitable for fitting a removable base (50) that presents equals format of the washing tub (10). The removable base (50) is unfitted and put inside the washing tub (10), in order to facilitate transportation and packing of the washing machine, reducing costs with packing, storage and transport, according to what is presented in figure 3. It is disposed a transversal support (51) in internal region of the removable base (50) that protects the set of transmission of the washing machine according to the safety rules, according to figure 10.
It is disposed a motor fitting (108) in the external posterior portion of the washing tub (10) that fixes the said motor (80). The washing tub (10), as a base for the motor (80), eliminates the need of an auxiliary component for fixation of the said motor (80).
It is disposed a top cover (60) in the superior portion of the washing tub (10) that presents debase in a calotte shape (61), having passing holes (611) that avoid the accumulation of water. The cover (60) presents internal nerves (62) responsible for structuring of the said cover (60) and with the function of dispenser avoiding the water to outflow for the external faces of the washing machine according to presented in figures 8 and 9.

Claims

CLAIMS:
1. CONSTRUCTIVE DISPOSITION IN WASHING MACHINE STRUCTURE characterized for comprising a washing tub (10) that incorporates in one single piece a panel (101), external tails (102) debase (103) disposed in the tub for the fitting of the threads filter (20), a debase disposed (103') in the tub for the fitting of the deposit of the detergent (30), device for fitting (104) the inward water lines and water flush (40) and bushing of the mechanical set directly into the tub, projections of resiliencies disposed in a transversal way (105) in the internal region of the washing tub (10), a grille (106) disposed in the internal region of the washing tub (10), a fitting (108) for the motor (80) disposed in the posterior external portion of the washing tub (10), said tub based on a removable base (50) fitted in a debase (107) disposed on then external inferior border of the tub (10), a transversal support (51) in the internal region of the removable base (50) and a top cover (60).

CONSTRUCTIVE DISPOSITION IN WASHING MACHINE STRUCTURE, according to claim 1, characterized by the fact the panel (101) comprises a superior projection defined from the superior edge of the tub border (10). CONSTRUCTIVE DISPOSITION IN WASHING MACHINE STRUCTURE, according to claim 1, characterized by the fact the external tails (102) comprise a projection from the superior border of the tub (10) disposed all around the washing tup (10).
3. CONSTRUCTIVE DISPOSITION IN WASHING MACHINE STRUCTURE, according to claim 1, characterized by the fact the thread filter (20) is fitted in a debase (103) disposed in the internal surface of the tub (10).
4. CONSTRUCTIVE DISPOSITION IN WASHING MACHINE STRUCTURE, according to claim 1 , characterized by the fact the deposit of the detergente product (30) is fitted in a debase (103') disposed in the internal surface of the tub (10).
5. CONSTRUCTIVE DISPOSITION IN WASHING MACHINE STRUCTURE, according to claim 1, characterized by the fact the grille (106) presents a mesh for filtering and is disposed beside the agitator (70).
6. CONSTRUCTIVE DISPOSITION IN WASHING MACHINE STRUCTURE, according to claim 1, characterized by the fact the removable base (5) is disposed inside the washing tub.
7. CONSTRUCTIVE DISPOSITION IN WASHING MACHINE STRUCTURE, according to claim 1 , characterized by the fact the cover (60) presents debase in a calotte shape (61) having passing holes (611), said cover (60) that presents internal nerves (62).
