Abstract
A resonator device (100) including an induction coil, a conductive member (104) positioned adjacent the induction coil (102) , and a dielectric layer between at least a portion of the induction coil and the conductive member to form a capacitor structure. In one embodiment, the conductive member can be a stent (106) . In an alterative embodiment, the conductive member can be a conductive film. In an additional embodiment, the dielectric layer can have a dielectric constant that changes in a predetermined fashion between at least a portion of the induction coil and the conductive member to allow for a uniform current distribution in the resonator device. The dielectric layer can also include a flexible elongate body.
