Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un procédé d'analyse de cibles moléculaires contenues dans un mélange complexe comprenant : a) la mise en contact du mélange de cibles moléculaires à analyser avec un jeu de sondes primaires de types différents, chaque type de sonde primaire composant le jeu étant susceptible de se lier par liaison spécifique à un type de cible parmi les cibles moléculaires, dans des conditions permettant la liaison spécifique entre lesdites cibles moléculaires et lesdites sondes primaires, b) éventuellement l'élimination des sondes primaires non spécifiquement liées avec une cible moléculaire, c) la séparation des cibles moléculaires et des sondes primaires liées par liaison spécifique dans un complexe sonde-cible, de façon à récupérer le jeu de sondes primaires représentant une empreinte des cibles moléculaires à analyser, d) l'analyse quantitative des sondes primaires éluées à l'étape c.
