Description

[SPECIFICATION] [TITLE OF THE INVENTION]
CONTAINER HAVING STORAGE SPACE
[TECHNICAL FIELD]
The present invention relates to a structure of a
container that can be stacked on other containers in a state where they are in an empty state.
[BACKGROUND ART]
A variety of containers have been used to container
snacks or ice cream.
However, such prior containers have disadvantage in
that it is difficult to open them or circulation.
[SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION]
The present invention has been made in an effort to
solve the above-described problems.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a container that can be stacked on another container in a state
where they are in empty state.
It is another object of the present invention to
provide a container that can be easily opened.
To achieve the above objects, the present invention
provides a container includes a main body having opened upper
and lower ends and provided with a folding line, an opening
portion formed on the main body to release the content stored
in the main body, and a seal portion having a plurality of
seal surfaces, which is defined after the contents are filled
in the main body.
[BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION] FIGS. 1 through 6 are views of a container according to
an embodiment of the present invention; and
FIGS. 7 through 12 are views of a container according
to another embodiment of the present invention;
[BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION]
Embodiments of the present invention will be described
in detail hereinafter in conjunction with the accompanying-
drawings.
9 Referring to FIG. 1, a container 1 includes a main body
10, an opening portion that is selectively opened, and a seal
portion 30 formed on an opposite side of the opening portion.
The main body 10 may be formed of synthetic resin,
paper or film.
The main body 10 is designed to be increased in its
volume as it goes to the seal portion 30.
The main body 10 is vertically provided with a plurality
of folding lines 11.
As shown in FIG. 4, a spout guide portion is formed on
the folding line 11.
The opening portion 20 includes a lip portion 21, a
cutting line 22, a cap 23, and a seal portion 24.
The opening portion may be integrally formed with the main body 10.
A spout member 40 may be assembled on the main body 10.
A hook member 50 may be formed between the main body 10 and
the opening portion 20.
A sub-folding line 31 may be horizontally formed on the
seal portion 30 provided with a seal surface 32.
A seal folding line 33 is vertically formed above the
sub-folding line 31.
A character may be assembled on the closer 23 and the cap 25 .
FIGS. 7 through 12 shows another embodiment of the present invention.
A container 1 includes a main body 10 provided with a
plurality of longitudinal folding lines 11, an opening
portion 20, and a seal portion 30.
The opening portion includes a lip portion 21, a closer 23, and a seal portion 24.
The seal portion 30 includes a sub-folding line 131, a
folding guide line 132 and an attaching portion 133.
The seal portion 30 further includes an upper sub-
folding line 134 and a main attaching portion 135.
The folding attaching portion 133 is attached on an
inner surface of the main attaching portion 135.
A cutting line 22 is provided to separate the closer 23
as shown in FIG. 4. A cap 25 may be screw-coupled to the lip portion 21. As shown in FIG. 6, a hook member 50 may be
formed on the lip portion.
Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 9 through 11, the container
of the present invention can be folded to be flat.
[INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY]
As described above, the present invention can be
applied to store a variety of contents such as snacks or ice cream.
