Description

The present invention relates to a machine for fixing opening / closing systems on a film intended in particular for the manufacture of packaging bags as well as a film obtained by the use of this machine. A mobile and removable wedge 20 is disposed in each compartment 16, at the end of the row, making it possible to press the row against the end comprising the drive means 19 in vertical displacement. This wedge 20 is subjected to a stress by a sliding support against a roller 22 which is supported on two ramps formed on the walls 17 of the compartment 16, these ramps being inclined towards the end of the compartment 16 comprising the drive means 19 in vertical displacement. The drive means 19 are constituted by a jack 23 provided with a thrust portion 24 which makes it possible to drive the opening / closing system 6 situated at the end of the compartment towards flat conveying means 25 of the systems opening / closing 6. It should be noted that in the embodiment shown, a single jack 23 is used to drive the opening / closing systems located at the end of each compartment 16. According to a first variant, the drive means 19 for vertical displacement are constituted by a jack provided with a movable portion comprising suction means of the suction cup type which make it possible to maintain an opening / closing system 6 in contact by suction, and to drive this until contact with the flat conveying means 25. Advantageously, according to this variant, an additional non-return roller, movable in rotation only in the driving direction of the flat conveying means 25, is arranged opposite the strip 27, making it possible to press the opening / closing system 6 against the strip 27 when that is positioned by the vertical displacement drive means 19 between this additional roller and the strip 27, so as not to damage the suction cups by driving the opening / closing system 6, allowing the suction and flat conveying means 25 to operate alternately, the opening / closing system 6 being held in position by the additional roller between these two operating phases. According to a second variant, shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the means for driving in vertical displacement 19 comprise: - a first jack, not shown, making it possible to lift the system up to the flat conveying means 25, associated with - a second jack making it possible to move in the direction of the row R of the opening / closing system 6, and - a gripping device 50 comprising at least one first tab 52 cooperating with a first lateral edge of an opening / closing system 6 and a second tab 53 cooperating with the second lateral edge of an opening / closing system 6, the two legs 52, 53 being able to come together in order to grip an opening / closing system 6 at the end of the row R Advantageously, the two legs 52, 53 form between them a concave surface 54 allowing the support of the base part 7 and the legs 52, 53 have an orientation towards this concave surface 54, so that when the s legs 52, 53, the opening / closing system 6 is slightly curved transversely and held in position between the legs 52, 53 and the concave surface 54. On the other hand, in this second variant, the wall 17 of the compartments 16 has a cutout 55 at its end, allowing the passage of the gripping device 50. Advantageously, the gripping device 50 is unique for all of the compartments 16, all of the tabs 52 intended to cooperate with a first lateral edge of an opening / closing system 6 being integral, and respectively the assembly of the legs 53 intended for cooperate with a second lateral edge of an opening / closing system 6 being integral, in particular in the form of two superimposed plates 56, 57. The flat conveying means 25 comprise a first roller 26 and a band 27 located on either side of the path of the opening / closing systems 6 and making it possible to drive these from the end of each of the compartments 16 , in parallel, to a substantially horizontal drive portion 28 comprising rollers 29 driving the opening / closing systems 6 to a stop wall 30. The conveying means further comprise two endless chains 32 parallel provided with lugs 33 making it possible to drive the opening / closing systems parallel to the direction of the abutment wall 30 in a driving direction F. The lugs 33 on the two chains 32 are located opposite and in such a way that the systems coming from the end of each compartment 16 are housed in parallel respectively in successive intervals between two pairs of cleats 33 located on the two chains 30. To this end, the drives of the flat conveying means 25 and the chains 30 operate alternately. The chains 30 drive the opening / closing systems 6 on one side of the drive portion 28, or the chains are driven vertically downwards, vertically with a low conveyor belt 34 surrounded by two positioning guides vertical 35, 36. The vertical positioning guides 35, 36 have slots 37 which allow the passage and then the retraction of the lugs 33, each chain being subsequently driven in a direction opposite to the drive direction F. Consequently, each opening / closing system 6 is successively deposited by its transverse edge on the low conveyor belt 34, which is oriented and driven perpendicular to the drive direction F of the chain, in a conveyor direction G. Each opening / closing system 6 is therefore driven between the vertical positioning guides 35, 36 by the low conveyor belt 34. A second high conveyor belt 38 is d is placed above the lower conveyor belt 34, at the end of the positioning guides located downstream in the conveying direction G. The upper 38 and lower 34 conveyor belts thus form a belt conveyor 39 making it possible to move the opening systems 6 located between the belts, the two transverse edges of the part base 7 of an opening / closing system 6 cooperating respectively with the two strips 34 and 38. Each strip 34, 38 has two ribs 40 making it possible to accommodate between them the transverse edge of an opening / closing system 6 Thus, each opening / closing system 6 is driven in the conveying direction G, the belts advancing continuously. In order to control the position of the opening / closing systems 6 on the belts while allowing a great speed of conveying, blocking means are arranged on the belt conveyor 39, in order to be able to stop or let pass the opening systems /closing. These locking means are constituted by jacks 42 arranged perpendicular to the direction of conveying of the opening / closing systems. The fixing station 14 is located near the end of the belt conveyor 39, in the conveying direction G, and laterally with respect thereto. A push cylinder 43 is disposed opposite the fixing station 14 and on the other side of the belt conveyor 39 relative to the fixing station 14, making it possible to push an opening / closing system 6 located between the conveyor belts 34 , 38 in a position where the fixing station 14 is kept in position, the part of the actuator forming a pusher being able to pass between the two bands 34, 38 of the conveyor 39, as illustrated in FIG. 5 The fixing station 14 comprises: means for depositing an opening / closing system on the film from conveying means, and means for fixing the opening / closing system 6. The depositing means are constituted by a member 44 rotating in rotation around an axis A parallel to the plane of the film 10 and comprising radial locations 45 each making it possible to maintain, by a contact force, an opening / closing system 6 in position. In particular, each location 45 has an opening 46 connected to suction means (not shown) making it possible to apply a suction force constituting the contact force making it possible to hold an opening / closing system 6 in contact with the 'location 45. The fixing means comprise a welding tool 47 located on the side of the film opposite to the removal means, the welding tool 47 being movable in translation along an axis B perpendicular to the plane of the film 10 to weld the film 10 and an opening / closing system 6, bearing against a location 45 of the depositing member 44. In this embodiment, the depositing member has four locations 45 for holding the opening systems in position / closure 6. The machine further comprises a pre-cutting station 48, making it possible to make the pre-cutting 4 described above, arranged upstream of the fixing station 14 of opening / closing systems 6, in the direction of travel D of the film 10. Advantageously, this pre-cutting station 48 is located at a distance from the fixing station 14 corresponding substantially to the multiple of the length of a bag. The film, after fixing an opening / closing system by the fixing station 14, is again wound up in the form of a reel 49. The supply of the fixing station 14 with opening / closing systems 6 by the machine described above proceeds as follows. An operator or appropriate mechanical means load the opening / closing systems 6 in the form of rows R in the compartments of the magazine, by moving the movable wedge 20 apart. The compartments 16 of the magazine 15 make it possible to form thus, in this embodiment , six rows of opening / closing systems. The drive means 19 in vertical displacement are movable between a low position and a high position. They allow, at each of their mounted phases, to supply the flat conveying means 25 with six opening / closing systems in parallel, which were arranged at the end of each of the rows R housed in the compartments 16. The opening / closing systems 6 are arranged flat on the drive portion 28 and abut against the abutment wall 30, each system housed between two pairs of lugs 33 belonging to the chains 30, the opening / closing systems 6 being always parallel and flat on the support constituted by the rollers 29. The chains 32 are stationary during this operation, and the lugs 33 are positioned so that it is not located on the path of the opening / closing systems 6, they are for example in the extension of the walls 17 of the compartments 16 of the magazine 15. The chains are then driven, to deposit successively the systems, by their transverse edge, on the conveyor 39. The opening / closing systems 6 are then driven towards the fixing station 14. The locking means 42 make it possible to precisely control the position of the opening / closing systems 6 and to place these opposite the push cylinder 43 to push them towards the depositing member 44. This arrangement of the magazine and of the conveying means allows on the one hand a mo fixing step by step and on the other hand to obtain a high rate of supply of the fixing station because: the magazine 15 can be reloaded in parallel in each compartment 16, the opening / closing systems 6 then being grouped together towards a conveyor 39 driving them sequentially. The positioning of the opening / closing systems 6 on the conveyor 39 is controlled, which allows a high speed of the conveyor 39 while maintaining sufficient precision. As described above, the film D is scrolled in step-by-step mode. In a first step, the film advances by a distance substantially corresponding to the length of a bag. Then the scrolling is stopped, the fixing station 14 then allows the fixing of a closing opening system on the film. In parallel, upstream, the precut station 48 performs a precut 4. The arrangement of the precut station at a distance multiple of the length of a bag allows this simple operation, in parallel, of the precut stations 48 and fixing 14. The fixing thus produced has the following advantages. The fixing of opening / closing systems 6 on the film 10 prior to the manufacture of the bags 3 makes it possible to simplify the latter. This arrangement is advantageous in that it makes it possible to provide a film already comprising fixed aperture systems, this film being able to be used on a machine of known type enabling the packaging bag to be formed from a film. , and in particular a film 10 packaged in the form of a reel. Indeed, by using such reels, each bag 3 can be formed simply by unwinding the reel 49, by first folding the film 10 parallel to its direction of travel to form the walls of the bag 2, then by making connections and cuts perpendicular to this direction of travel. As is obvious, the invention is not limited to the preferred embodiments described above, by way of nonlimiting examples; on the contrary, it embraces all of the variant embodiments thereof within the scope of the claims below.
