Industrial Applicability As described above, the present invention allows the user of a mobile phone to personally produce a voice/music file to be applied to the mobile phone and used as a ring tone or the like, and allows the voice/music file produced as described above to be downloaded to the user's mobile phone or the mobile phone of the user's friend and to be used as a ring tone, call waiting tone or background call tone for the mobile phone, so that the present invention provides a unique effect in that a unique ring tone, so- called coloring or background call sound can be implemented on the mobile phone.

Claims

Claims
1. A method of providing a service of producing and downloading a self-composed music file using a wireless Internet, comprising the steps of: detecting that a mobile phone accesses an Internet karaoke and self-composed file production service server via the wireless Internet; if an accompaniment is selected by manipulation of the detected mobile phone, reproducing the accompaniment, receiving a music or message, which is sounded in accord with the accompaniment, from the mobile phone, and dubbing the received music or message in the accompaniment to produce a self-composed voice/music file; converting the produced voice/music file into a mobile phone-dedicated executable file; registering the mobile phone-dedicated executable file in a personal account DB; detecting that the mobile phone accesses the server via the wireless Internet to download the mobile phone-dedicated executable file registered in the personal account DB; and, if selection of the mobile phone-dedicated executable file registered in the personal account DB and input of a phone number of the mobile phone, to which the mobile phone- dedicated executable file will be downloaded, are performed by the mobile phone, downloading the mobile phone-dedicated executable file to memory of the mobile phone and using mobile phone-dedicated executable file as a ring tone, call waiting tone or background call tone.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the self- composed voice/music file is produced in such a way as to request the selection of the accompaniment when a Personal Computer (PC) accesses the server via a wired Internet and dub a music or narration in the accompaniment to produce the self-composed voice/music file when the music or narration sounded in accord with the selected accompaniment is input, and the produced self-composed voice/music file is registered in the personal account DB.

The method according to claim 1 or 2 , wherein the selected accompaniment is downloaded to the memory of the mobile phone or PC when the accompaniment is selected by the mobile phone or PC connected to the server via the wireless or wired Internet, the music sounded in accord with the accompaniment when the accompaniment downloaded to the mobile phone or PC is reproduced is dubbed in the accompaniment to produce the self-composed music file, and the produced self-composed music file is uploaded to and registered in the personal account DB of the server.

A system for providing a service of producing and downloading a self-composed music file using a wireless Internet, comprising: a server (20) for providing an Internet karaoke and self-composed voice/music file production service and converting a self-composed voice/music file into a mobile phone-dedicated executable file, an accompaniment DataBase (DB) (21) connected to the server (20) to store a plurality of accompaniments for karaoke, a personal account DB (22) for storing mobile phone-dedicated executable files produced by the server (20) , and a mobile phone (10) for accessing the server (20) to select a specific accompaniment stored in the accompaniment DB (21) , collect a music or message of a user sounded in accord with the selected accompaniment, and transmit the collected music or message to the server (20) used as dubbing data for production of the self-composed voice/music file, and to download the mobile phone-dedicated executable file stored in the personal account DB (22) from the server (20) to memory thereof, and use the downloaded mobile phone- dedicated executable file as a ring tone, call waiting tone or background call tone.
5. The system as set forth in claim 4, further comprising a PC (30) connected to the server (20) to produce the self-voice/music file to be registered in the personal account DB (22) .
