Abstract

The invention relates to a drying apparatus (1) for agricultural products, particularly cereals such as corn, rape, grains, or sunflowers. The inventive drying apparatus comprises at least one moisture sensor for determining the moisture content of the drying material that is processed in the drying apparatus (1). Said moisture sensor is provided with two electrodes (6, 7, 8) and is embodied as a resistance sensor for determining the electrical resistance between the two electrodes.
