Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Greifeinrichtung (1) für eine Handhabungseinrichtung (5), insbesondere für einen Roboter, für die Teileaufnahme und Beschickung einer Fertigungseinrichtung, z.B. Blechbiegemaschine, Stanzpresse, Schweisseinrichtung, etc., mit einem Werkteil (2) von einem bereitgestellten Stapel (3) der Werkteile (2) mit einem mit Greifmitteln (7), z.B. Saugnäpfen (9), Magneten, Zangen etc., bestückten Greiferkopf (6) und mit einer Detektiereinrichtung (17) für den von den Greifmitteln aufgenommenen Werkteil (2). Am Greiferkopf (6) sind die Detektiereinrichtung (12) und zumindest ein den Werkteil (2) beaufschlagender Impulsgeber (13) als Schwingungserreger ausgebildet und zumindest ein Schwingungsfühler (15) angeordnet. Die Erfindung betrifft weiters ein Verfahren zum Betrieb einer solchen Greifeinrichtung (1).
