CABINET FOR AUTOMATICALLY LOCATING AND RETREIVING FILES
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
THIS INVENTION RELATES TO A FILE CABINET FOR ACCESSING FILES ELECTRONICALLY AND THE FILE CABINET ASSOCIATES WITH A COMPUTERIZED FILING SYSTEM. ALL MEASUREMENTS ARE APPROXIMATES TO BE CUSTOM DESIGN.
FILE CABINETS HAVE NOT CHANGED IN THE LAST 10 YEARS TO KEEP UP WITH THE DEMAND FOR HUMAN SAFETY, REPETITIVE MOΗON INJURY, CARPAT TUNNEL SYNDROME AND TENDONTTIS. THUS, THE MODERN FILING SYSTEM HAS NO WAY OF LESSENING THE POSSIBILITY OF THESE INJURIES, PROVIDING SECURITY, ALSO ACCOMMODATING AND SERVICING EASIER USE.
PRIOR FILE CABINETS HAVE HAD MANY DISADVANTAGES. ONE MAJOR DIFFICULTY IS THAT THE FILE CABINETS ARE MANUALLY USED. ANOTHER COMMON DIFFICULTY IS REPETITIVE MOΗON BECAUSE THEY ARE MANUALLY USED. THIS HAS CONTRIBUTED TO THE ABOVE INJURIES IN THE WORK PLACE. SINCE, THE FILE CABINETS ARE MANUALLY USED AND LACK SECURITY HAS CONTRIBUTED TO AN UNSAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND CONFIDENTIALITY.
THIS INVENTION RELATES SPECIFICALLY TO A REMOTE ACCESSED LOCATOR PROCESS AND LOCKALBE FILING CABINET AND IN PARTICULAR TO A REMOTE ACCESS MOTORIZED LOCKING DEVICE CONTROLLED BY HAND HELD REMOTE/SYSTEMS COMMANDS; THIS INVENTION BROADLY RELATES TO DATA PROCESSING SYSTEMS AND, MORE PARTICULARLY, RELATES TO AN ALPHA/NUMERIC MANAGEMENT AND DELIVERY SYSTEM IN PARTICULARLY SUITED FOR USE AS A REMOTE ACCESS LOCATOR AND RETRIEVAL SYSTEM. UPON REMOTE ACCESS THIS SYSTEMS DOES HAVE LIMITED COMPUTER CAPABILITIES.
KNOWN MENS OF SECURING DATA, SUCH AS TOP SECRET DOCUMENTS, CORRESPONDENTS, AND INFORMATION OR OBJECTS NEEDED TO BE UNKNOWN TO OHERS. EFFICIENT AND EASY ACCURTE ACCESS OF DOCUMENTS NEEDED, WITH SECURITY ACCOMPLISHED BY AUTOMATIC DOOR CLOSERS USED IN THE CONJUNCTION WITH PASSWORD PROTECTED ACCESS.
IN HIGHLY SECURED AREAS, THERE IS AN APPARENT NEED REQUIRING PASSWORD PROTECTED ACCESS TO PROVIDE SECURITY AGAINST THEFT OF INTELLECTUAL AND OTHER VALUABLE PROPERTY WHICH ARE STORED IN FILE CABINETS AND THE LIKE. WHEN THERE ARE MULTIPLE MEANS OF ACCESS FOR LOCKING AND UNLOCKING THE SECURITY CAN BE EASILY DEFILED, HOWEVER DIRECT PROTECTED ACCESS EFFICIENTLY PROVIDES SECURITY FOR THESE PARTICULAR AREA THAT IS BEING SECURED WITH YOUR OWN UNIQUE PROGRAMMABLE ACCESS. WITH TECHNOLOGY PROVIDING VARIOUS MEANS OF PASSWORD PROTECTION YOU WILL BE ABLE TO CHOOSE THE METHOD THAT SUITS YOUR NEEDS WHETHER IT IS RETINA, BAR SCANING, VOICE AND OR THE LIKE. INCONVENIENCE ARISES WHEN THERE IS MORE THAN ONE PERSON THAT CAN INTERCEPT OR INTERFERE WITH THE SECURITY OF MOST SYSTEMS.

MANY ATTEMPTS HAVE BEEN MADE IN THE PRIOR ART TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE SECURITY AND A DATA PROCESSING FILING SYSTEM. EARLY PRIOR ART TECHINQUES WERE BASED UPON SEPARTE ACCESS AND SECURITY WHERE INFORMATION WAS STORED. THE PROBLEM WITH THE EARLY PRIOR ART WAS THAT SINCE THE COMPUTER HAS A LIMITED AMOUNT OF MEMORY ADDITONAL SORAGE SPACE IS REQUIRD THUS, LIMITING THE APPEAL OF SUCH SYSTEMS FOR PRACTICAL USE AND COST EFFICIENCY BASED UPON AIRTIME. THE PRIOR ART HAS FAILED TO PROVIDE AN ALPHA/NUMERIC MANAGEMENT AND DELIVERY SYSTEM (QAMDS) THAT WILL PROVIDE FAST ACCESS TIME AND SECURITY FOR PROGRAMMABLE DISK STORAGE.
THIS USER FRIENDLY PROCESSING AND SECURE SYSTEM RETRIEVES, IDENTIFIES, LOCATES AND EJECTS/RETRACT THE FILE DRAWER. THE EFFICIENT PROCESS AND ECONOMICAL SYSTEM IS PARTICULARLY USEFUL TO QUICKLY AND ACCURATELY IDENTIFY, RETRIEVE AN OBJECT SUCH AS FILING CABINETS, COMPUTER DISC, COMPACT DISCS, TAPES, AND BOOKS ETS. THIS IS A RELIABLE AND EFFICIENT PROCESS ANDLOW POWERED SYSTEM WHICH IS ELECTRICALLY CONNECTED TO EACH INDIVIDUAL DRAWER. DIRECT ACCESS TO A CENTRAL PROCESSING UNIT OR LIBRARY. THE UNIQUE PROHRAMMABLE FEATURES WILL LET THIS SYSTEM INTERFACE WITH ANY PROGAM AND CPU. BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
THIS INVENTION IS DIRECTED TO A FILING SYTEM THAT WILL ACCESS ELECTRONICALLY. THE OBJECT OF THE PRESENT INVENTION TO PROVIDE SECURITY, SAFETY AND EASIER USE, WHICH CAN BE FILED AND RETRIEVED.
THE FILE SYSTEM WILL BE ACCESSED BY A REMOTE THAT WILL SORT AND FIND ANY FILE BY A COMPUTER, AND THEN IT WILL BE ELECTRONICALLY /RETRACTED. THE CONTROL BOX WILL STORE ALL THE INFORMATION THAT HAS BEEN PROGRAMMED BY THE REMOTE CONTROL. THE REMOTE CONTROL AS WELL AS THE CONTROL BOX WILL SORT AND FIND ALL FILES WHICH CAN ALSO BE DONE MANUALLY IN CASE AN ERROR MAY OCCUR.
THE REMOTE CONTROL WILL ENTER ALL DATA INTO THE CONTROL BOX. THE REMOTE CONTROL WILL ALSO SORT AND FIND THE FILE ONCE IT HAS BEEN ENTERED AND EJECT THE FILE TO KEEP THE HANDS FREE OF REPETITIVE MOTION. THE REMOTE CONTROL BOX WILL BE FLAT SO THERE IS NO LEVERAGE TO THE HABD, THE REMOTE CONTROL WILL CARRY ALL UNCTION TO CLEAR, CODE, FUNCTION, EJECT, ENTER AND SCROLL UP AND DOWN, THE CONTROL BOX WILL ALLOW MANUAL AND REMOTE USE AND HAVE SOME OF THE SAME FUNCTIONS, IT WILL BE MAINLY USED FOR FILE IDENTIFICATIONM STORAGE AND RELEASE OF THE FILE DRAWER WHEN IT IS IN THE MANUAL POSITION.
ACCORDINGLY, IN A FIRST ASPECT OF THE PRESENT INVENTION, A DIRECT REMOTE PROGRAMMABLE ACCESS CONTROLLED LOCK SYSTEM INCLUDES A HAND HELD REMOTE, A MOTHER BOARD AND CONTROL BOX, SIGNAL BOX AND A REMOTE ACESS MOTORIZED FILING CABINET. THE HAND HELD REMOTE INCLUDES A TRANSMITTER/RECEIVER. THE TRANSMΠTER IS FOR GENERATING A PROGRAMMABLE SIGNAL TO TURN ON THE SYSTEM GENERATING A CORRESPONDING INPUT/OUTPUT SIGNAL WHICH INDICATES THE CHANGE OF THE USERS ACCESS CONDITON, WHEREIN THE USER ACCESS CONDITON EITHER ALLOWS OR PREVENTS USER ACCESS TO THE ENTIRE FILING SYSTEM, IN RESPONSE TO ONE OF A USER PASSWORD/CODE OUTPUT AND AN EVENT, AND WILL ALSO GENERATE A CORRESPONDING INPUT SIGNAL WHICH INDICATES THE CHANGE OF THE USER ACCESS CONDITON, WHERE IN THE USER ACCESS CONDITON EITHER ALLOWS OR PREVENTS USER ACCESS TO THE FILING SYSTEM. THE TRANSMITTER IS COUPLED TO THE CONTROL BOX WHICH TRANSMIT TO THE MOTHERBOARD TO GENERATE AT LEAST ONE PROGRAMMABLE LOCK COMMAND IN REPSONSE TO THE INPUT SIGNAL. THE AT LEAST ONE PROGRAMMABLE LOCK COMMANDS INCLUDES ONE OF A LOCK INSTRUCTION AND A UNLOCK INSTRUCTION.
THE AT LEAST ONE REMOTE ACCESS CONTROLLED LOCK DEVICE INCLUDES A TRANSMITTER RECEIVER AND THE REMOTE ACCESS MOTOR. THE TRANSMITTER IS FOR TRANSMITTING THE SIGNAL AND FOR GENERATING ONE OF A LOCK SIGNAL AND UNLOCK SIGNAL WHEN OF THE LOCK CODE AND THE UNLOCK CODE MATCHES ONE OF THREE CORRESPONDING CODES STORED IN THE TRANSMITTER RECEIVER. THE MOTOR IS SWITCHED TO A MECHANICALLY STABLE POSITION, WHICH IS ONE OF A LOCK POSITION AND UNLOCK POSITON OR MANAUAL POSITON, IN RESPONSE TO ONE OF THE CORRESPONDING SIGNALS.
THE DATA SYSTEMS MANAGER IS COUPLED TO THE MOTHER BOARD AND IS FOR TRANSMπTING/RECEIVING AT LEAST ONE PROGRAMMABLE LOCK COMMAND AND GENERATING A USER ACCESS CONDITON OF THE HAND HELD REMOTE FOR /TRANSMITTING RECEIVING DATA STORED IN THE CONTROL BOX MEMORY. HER DATA SYSTEM MANAGER IS ALSO FOR GENERATING ONE OF A PROGRAMMABLE LOCK CODE AND PROGRAMMABLE UNLOCK AND MANUAL CODE/. FILE IDENTIFIER AND DRAWER LOCATOR. THE TRANSMITTER IS FOR TRANSMITTING A PROGRAMMABLE SIGNAL INCLUDING AT LEAST OINE CODE INCLUDING THE ONE OF THE PROGRAMMABLE UNLCOK AND LOCK AND MANUAL CODE FILE IDENTIFIER AND DRAWER LOCATOR EJECT AND RETRACT SAID FILE DRAWER.
THE AT LEAST ONE REMOTE CONTROLLED MOTOR INCLUDES A PROGRAMMABLE SIGNAL TO UNLOCK, LOCK AND PLACE IN A MANUAL POSITON.
THE SECOND ASPECT OF THIS INVENTION, A METHOD AND APPARATUS WHICH ALLOWS ALPHA/NUMERIC MANAGEMENT AND DELIVERY SYSTEM TO DISPLAY, PRINT AND MODIFY WITH DIRECT INTERCTION BETWEEN THE OPERATIONS OF THE MOTHERBOARD/CONTROL BOX AND HAND HELD REMOTE; ALPHA/NUMERIC REGISTRATION OF DATA TRANSFERRED FROM THE ALPHA/NUMERIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEM TO NOTIFY THE MOTHERBOARD AND HANDHELD REMOTE AN ALPHA NUMERIC RECORD HAS BEEN STORED; AND/OR ERROR DATA TRANSFERRED FROM THE ALPHA/NUMERIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ENCOUNTERS AN ERROR IN TRYING TO PERFORM AN OPERATION REQUESTED BY THE CONTROL BOX; TO ALLOW ACCESS TO THE FILE DRAWER GENERATING A CODE TO EJECT AND RETRACT FILE DRAWER. THE HAND HELD REMOTE TRANSMITS TO THE CONTROL BOX TO ALLOW THE MOTHERBOARD ACCESS. THIS SYSTEM WILL ALSO ALLOW PRINTABLE REPORT OF ALL FILES WITHIN THE LIBRARY UPON REQUEST.
IT IS THEREFORE AN OBJECT OF THE INVENTION TO PROVIDE ALPHA NUMERIC AND DELIVERY SYSTEM THAT IS PARTICULARLY SUITED FOR ALPHA/NUMERIC RETRIEVAL. IT IS ANOTHER OBJECT OF THE INVENTION TO NPROVIDE AN IMPROVED DATA MANAGEMENT AND DELIVERY SYSTEM WHICH HAS A FAST ACCESS TIME TO ACCESS STOREDOBJECTS ALLOWING THE MINIMAL OF TRAFFIC AND SECURITY. ANOTHER OBJECT OF THE INVENTION IS TO PROVIDE AN IMPROVED DATA PROCESSING SYSTEM WHICH CAN PERFORM DISPLAY, PRINT AND OR/MODIFY OPERATIONS INCLUDING EJECTING AND RETRACTING A FILE DRAWER; WITH INTERACTION BETWEEN THE OPERATIONS OF THE CONTROL BOX AND MOTHERBOARD AND THE HAND HELD REMOTE ACCESSIBILITY.
THIS DATA PROCESSING SYSTEM IS DISCLOSED FOR THE STORAGE RETRIEVAL AND DISPLAY OF ALPHA/NUMERIC FILES AND OR DOCUMENTS, AND INCLUDES SCANNING CAPABILITIES TO LOCK AND UNLOCK ACCESS TO THIS SYSTEM COUPLED THERETO TO JECT AND RETRACT A FILE DRAWER. THE SYSTEM FURTHER INCLUDES PRINTER CAPABILITIES HAVING AN INPUT COUPLED TO THE OUTPUT OF THE UNIT FOR RECEIVING/TRANSMITTING DATA.
IT IS AN OBJECT OF THE PRESENT INVENTION TO PROVIDE ALPHA/NUMERIC SYSTEM WHEREIN REARRANGING/INDEXING SYSTEM AS A BASIS FOR STORING INFORMATION IS NOT FLXED, AND THE REARRANGING/INDEXING SYSTEM CAN BE FREELY REARRANGED (CHANGED) IN A SUITABLE FORM REQUIRED BY AN INDIVIDUAL USER OR OPERATOR, THEREBY AIDING FILING, STORAGE AND RETRIVAL BY AN INDIVIDUAL OFFICE WORKER, LIMITING USE FOR ADDITIONAL WORKERS.
THE THIRD ASPECT OF THIS INVENTION INSTANTANEOUSLY IDENTIFIES, LOCATES AND RETRIEVES THE FILE DRAWER. THE EFFICIENT PROCESS OF THIS SYSTEM QUICKLY AND ACCURTELY IDENTIFIES, LOCATED AND RETRIEVES THE FILE DRAWER. THIS RELIABLE PROCESS AND LOW POWERED SYSEM, ELETRICAL CONNECTION IS PLACED ON EACH DRAWERS MOTOR SIGNALING DEVICES ARE POSITIONED IN PROIMITY WITH ELECTRICAL CONNECTION. WHEN A DRAWER IS TO BE RETRIEVED, THE SYSTEMS SIGNAL BOX ALLOWS THE SIGNALING DEVICE TO IDENTIFY AND RETRIEVE THE CORRECT DRAWER.
AN IMPROVED PROCESS AND SYSTEM IS PROVIDED TO ACCURATELY LOCATE THE APPROPRIATE FILE DRAWER. ADVANTAGEOUSLY, THE USER-FRIENDLY PROCESS AND LOCATING SYSTEM IS EASY TO USE, RELIABLE AND AFFORDABLE, AS WELL AS, SPACE EFFICIENT AND AN ASSET TO INSURANCE COMPANIES TO RELIEVE CARPAL TUNNEL AND REPETITIVE MOΗON INJURIES AND ADHERE TO THE DISABILITY ACT THAT ARE COMMON IN TODAY'S WORK FORCE.

THE FOURTH ASPECT OF THIS INVENTION INCLUDES A MOTOR CONTROL CIRCUIT PROVIDING CONTROLLED ACCELERATION, SPEED, DECELERATION, STOPPING AND DIRECTION OF MOTION OF A DRIVE MOTOR THAT DRIVES A SADDLE FOR THIS MOTORIZED FILING CABINET. THE CONTROL CIRCUIT IS PACKAGED SO THT IT MAY BE CONNECTED THROUGH ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS TO THE DRIVE MOTOR, SAFETY INTERLOCKS, AND AUTOMATIC AND MANUAL CONTROLS AVAILABLE IN THIS SYSTEM. USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE OTHER ELECTRONICAL ASPECTS OF THIS SYSTEM HA ING MANUAL, AUTOMATIC CONTROLS FOR DRIVING THE FILE DRAWERS IN A HORIZONAL OR VERTICAL POSITION. UNDER SPECIFIED CONTROLS, THE DRIVE MOTOR IS ACCELERATED TO A MODERATE SPEED AND MAINTAINS THIS SPEED UNTIL THE DESIRED FILE DRAWER HAS BEEN CONNECTED. THE DRIVE MOTOR IS THEN DRIVEN AT A SLOWER RATE UNTIL THE FILE DRAWER HAS REACHED ITS DESIRED POSITON. A BRAKING CIRCUIT COUPLED WITH THE DRAWERS STABILIZER STOPS THE MOTOR IN SUCH A MANNER THAT THE CONTENT OF THE FILE DRAWER ARE NOT THROWN FORWARD. A FEED BACK SIGNAL FROM THE MOTOR IS USED TO REGULATE THE SPEED OF THE MOTOR AND PREVENT EXCESSIVE SPEED WHEN THE DESIRED FILE DRAWER HAS REACHED ITS POSITION. CIRCUITS ARE PROVIDED FOR PREVENTING THE INADVERTENT APPLICATION OF A REVERSE VOLTAGE TO THE MOTOR WHILE IT IS IN MOTION UNTIL THE REVERSE SIGNAL HAS BEEN INITIATED. A FILING CABINET DRAWER RETRIEVAL SADDLE, WHICH EJECTS RETRACT A DRAWER TO THE DESIRED POSITION, IS COUPLED WITH THE MOTOR CONTROL CIRCUIT.
THE FIFTH ASPECT OF THIS INVENTION ALSO INCLUDES THE POWER CIRCUITRY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION. COMMONLY AVAILABLE ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS IN THE CIRCUIT CONFIGURATION. WHICH WILL ALLOW THIS SYSTEM TO RUN ON ITS OWN POWER. THE FIFTH ASPECT OF THIS INVENTION A METHOD FOR ALLOWING PROGRAMMABLE SIGNALS CONTROLLED. BY THE SIGNAL BOX CONSISTING OF AUDIBLE SIGNALS, DIGITAL SIGNALS, ANALOG SIGNALS, ALARMS, BELLS, VISUAL SIGNALS, LIGHTS. LIGHTBULBS, MACRO/MICRO CHIPS, CHIPS, WIRE OR METAL CONTACTS, LAMPS, LIGHT EMΓTTING DIODES, ILLUMINAORS AND SIGNALING DEVICES BINARY CODES, CODES, COMPUTER INTERFACE AND INTERNET CAPABILITES. SAID EQUIPMENT INCLUDES MECHANICAL SWITCHES, A CENTRAL PROCESSING UNIT, AN ELECTRONIC LOGIC BOARD AND A MICROPROCESSOR;
INDIVIDUAL VISUAL SIGNALS POSITIONED EN A SECTION OF AN AREA WHERE F LE DRAWERS ARE LOCATED;

A PROCESS FOR LOCATING ITEMS IN ACCORDANCE WITH CLAIM INCLUDING;
PLACING AND SECURING A METAL/WIRE CONTACT ON EACH FELE DRAWER AND

DESIGNATE THE DRAWERS CODE AND AN INDIVIDUAL CODE CORRESPONDING TO THE SECTION OF THE AREA WHERE SAID FILE DRAWER IS LOCATED. ELECTRONICALLY ENGAGING AND CONTACTING SAID UNCOVERED METAL CONTACT WITH ELECTRONIC CIRCUITRY ELECTRICALLY CONNECTING SAED METAL CONTACT OF EACH INDIVIDUAL SAID FILE DRAWER WITH SAID APPARATUS.

BY PLACING THE TEETHED UNIT THROUGH THE FIRST DRIVE MEANSM DISENGAGING THE TEETHED WHEEL BY DOWNWARDLY DISPLACING THE TEETHED WHEEL UNIT WHEN THE DRAWER HAS BEEN RETRACTED AND BACK EN ORIGINAL POSITION, TERMINATING THE DRIVE TO THE FIRST DRIVE MEANS BY DISENGAGING THE CLUTCH MEANS, COMPLETING THE EJECTION/RETRACTION OR PLACE IN MANUAL POSITION OF THE FILE DRAWEER TO ITS ORIGINAL POSITION, BY DISPLACING IT WITH THE SECOND DRIVE MEANS UNTIL IT IS FULLY EJECTED/RETRACTED OR PLACED EN MANUAL POSITION, AT WHICH POINT THE DRIVE TO THE SECOND DRIVE MEANS IS STOPPED, SAID SADDLE BEING CAPABLE OF RETURNING THE DRAWEER TO ITS ORIGINAL LOCATION ESSENTIALLY BY A REVERSE OF THE AFORESAID SEQUENCE OF OPERATIONS.
10. THE UTILITY OF CLAIM 9 WHEREIN, SAED NINTH FUNCTION TO EJECT AND RETRACT THE FILE DRAWER. A SADDLE AS CLAIMED IN CLAIM 1 WHEREIN SAID TEETHED UNIT IS MOUNTED ON A SUPPORT FOR VERTICAL MOVEMENT RELATIVE THERETO, SAED SUPPORT HAVING GUIDE WHEELS FOR GUIDING THE TEETHED UNIT EN ITS VERTICAL MOVEMENT RELATIVE TO THE SUPPORT, AND SAID DISPLACEMENT MANS COMPRISES AN ELECTROMAGNET, AND INCLUDING SPRING MEANS ARRANGED TO URGE THE TEETHED WHEELS UNIT UPWARDLY.
11. THE UTILITY OF CLAIM 10 WHEREIN, SAID TENTH FUNCTION TO TURN REMOTE ON/OFF. A SADDLE ACCORDING TO CLAIM 2 WHEREIN THE TEETHED UNIT IS PROVIDED WITH ROLLERS FOR ENGAING THE UNDERSIDE OF A DRAWEER WHEN THE TEETHED WHEELS ARE CONNECTED AND THE TEETHED UNIT IS PLACED EN FIRST DRIVE,
12. THE UTILITY OF CLAIM 11, SA D FUNCTION TO FILE DRAWER. A DRAWER STOPPER TAT IS PLACED ON THE SEDE OF THE DRAWER TO STOP THE MOΗON ONCE THE DRAWER IS EJECTED AND RETRACTED.
13. THE UTILITY OF CLAIM 12 WHEREIN, THE COVER THAT WILL OPEN AND CLOSE. THE ABILITY TO BE REPAIRED AND BE DISATTACHED FROM THE UNIT INDIVIDUALLY. THE COVER WILL OPEN AN CLOSE BY A SADDLE ACCORDING TO CLAIM 2 WHEREIN THE SUPPORT IS SLIDABLE ON SLIDING GUIDE RODS AND HAS WENG FORMATIONS RESPECTIVELY CONNECTED TO SPACED ENDLESS CHAINS FORMING THE FIRST DRIVE MEANS'.
14. THE UTILITY OF CLAIM 13 WHEREIN, SAID FUNCTION TO ACCESS FILES USING THE CODE KEY TO TAKE YOU TO THE APPROPRIATE DRAWER. A SADDLE ACCORDING TO CLAIM 1 WHEREIN THE SECOND DRIVE MEANS COMPRISES SPACED ENDLESS BELTS LYING IN PARALLEL PLANES, THE FIRST DRIVE MEANS BEING LOCATED BETWEEN SAID BELTS.
15. THE UTILITY CLAIM 14 WHEREIN, SAID THIRD FUNCTION TO SORT FILES BY ENTERING 3-5 CHARACTERS. A SADDLE ACCORDING TO CLAIM 1, WHEREIN THE ELECTRICAL DETECTION AND CONTROL MEANS INCLUDES SPACED, STROKELIMITENG SWITCHES ADAPTED TO LIMIT THE DISPLACEMENT OF THE SECOND DRIVE MEANS.
16. THE UTILITY OF CLAIM 15 WHEREINM SAID FOURTH FUNCTION TO EJECT AND RETRACT THE FILE DRAWER. AN AUTOMATIC FILING CABINET SYSTEM HAVING PLURALITY OF FELE DRAWERS, AND A SADDLE ACCORDING TO CLAIM 1, LOCATED BETWEEN EACH FELE SECTION OR MULTIPLES OF SECTIONS, SAID SADDLE BEING ADAPTED AUTOMATICALLY TO EJECT/RETRACT OR PLACE EN MANUAL POSITION TO ITS ORIGIGINAL POSITION.
17. THE UTILITY OF CLAIM 16 WHEREIN, SAID FIFTH FUNCTION TO SHOW BATTERY STATUS AND THE ABILITY TO RUN ON ITS OWN ENERGY. A SYSTEM ACCORDING TO CLAIM 8, INCLUDING FURTHER CONTROLS MEANS EFFECTIVE TO CAUSE THE SADDLE TO UNLOCK THE FILE CABINETS COVER , LOCATED ONLY IN THE FIRST SECTION OF THE FILE CABINET, TO CAUSE THE SADDLE TO RELEASE THE CABINETS COVER AT THE END OF THE BANK WHERE THE RELEASE MECHANISM IS LOCATED AND RETURN TO ITS ORIGINAL POSITION.
18. THE UTILITY OF CLAIM 17 WHEREIN, SAID SEXTH FUNCTION TO CONNECT TO MOTERBOARD PANEL. A SADDLE ACCORDING TO CLAIM 2 WHEREIN THE SUPPORT IS SLEDALBLE ON SLIDING GUIDE RODS AND HAS WENG FORMATIONS RESPECTIVELY CONNECTED TO SPACED ENDLESS CHAINS FORMING THE FIRST DRIVE MEANS.

A CONTROL BOX USED TO STORE, ACCESS FILES, SORT FILES AND RETRIEVE FILES, SHOW BATTERY STATUS, CONNECT TO A MOTHERBOARD PANEL, SWITCH TO MANUAL USE,- ENTR FILE SELECTION, ALLOW PASSWORD PROTECTION, CLEAR DATA FROM SYSTEM, SORT BY ENTERING 3 CHARACTERS, EJECT AND RETRACT A FELE DRAWER, SCROLL UP AND DOWN, CODE KEY TO ACCESS THE APPROPRIATE DRAWER, SHOW CHARACTER INPUT, SWITCH ON/OFF. THE UTILITY OF CLAIM 18 WHEREIN SAID SEVENTH FUNCTION TO SWITCH TO MANUAL USE.
