Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein bildgebendes Verfahren zur gleichzeitigen Bestimmung von in vivo Verteilungen biolumineszenter und/oder fluoreszenter Marker und radioaktiver Marker unter gleichen Projektionswinkeln, wobei die Verteilung der biolumineszenten und/oder fluoreszenten Marker durch separaten Nachweis von Photonen mit einer ersten mittleren Energie, die die Biolumineszenten und/oder fluoreszenten Marker emittieren, mittels mindestens einem ersten Detektor bestimmt wird und die Verteilung der radioaktiven Marker durch gleichzeitigen separaten Nachweis von Photonen mit einer zweiten mittleren Energie, die die radioaktiven Marker emittieren, mittels mindestens einem zweiten Detektor bestimmt wird. Ferner bezieht sie sich auf eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des bildgebenden Verfahrens enthaltend mindestens eine CCD-Kamera (1, 2) als ersten Detektor, mindestens einen Einzelphotonenemissions-Computertomographie (SPECT)-Detektor (3) als zweiten Detektor und eine Schicht (5), die die Photonen der biolumineszenten und/oder fluoreszenten Marker im wesentlichen reflektiert und die Photonen der radioaktiven Marker im wesentlichen transmittiert.
