Abstract

The present invention relates to a mixture type case, and more particularly, to by stacking upwardly and downwardly a case for storing powdered contents at an upper portion of a case for storing liquefied contents and installing a vacuum pump at an outlet of a case, the mixture type case which is improved in manufacturability and operability and is facilitated to use, and in which the contents are always capable of being abstracted in a quantity and thus the waste of the contents can be reduced and all amounts of the contents can be discharged and used, without reminders. The mixture type case includes a case (10) for storing liquefied contents therewithin; a case (20) being fixed at an upper portion of the case (10) and having an opening/closing plate (22) being installed at a lower portion of the case (10) and to be open and closed by an operation of a nozzle cap and for storing powdered contents; a nozzle cap (30) being installed at an upper portion of the case (20) and capable of being ascended and descended in a regular interval and having a cylinder (32) therewithin; a stopper (50) for restricting a downward operation of the nozzle cap (30), which is fittingly fixed at the outer circumference of the case (20) and is removed therefrom; and a vacuum pump (40) for discharging the contents through a nozzle (41) to the outside by pushing an operation button (42), which is fastened to the cylinder (31) of the nozzle cap (30).

Description

MIXTURE TYPE CASE
TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to a dispenser, and more particularly to a mixing and discharging container including a liquid-content storing vessel, a powdery-content storing vessel mounted on an upper portion of the liquid-content storing vessel, and a vacuum pump installed at an outlet of the container, in which assembling and using conveniences are improved, in which the content is metered and discharged to reduce a waste thereof, and in which the whole quantity of the content stored in the container is used, without leaving the remaining.
BACKGROUND ART
Ih general, cosmetics consist of a powder, liquid, gel or solid state. Cosmetic containers are composed of different shapes depending upon kind or shape of these cosmetics.
For example, a cosmetic container for storing a liquid cosmetic includes a separate pump at an inlet port of the container, so that the content is safely stored, and is usually metered and discharged in use. In case of a powdery cosmetic, the container has no vacuum pump, and is opened and closed by a cover.
Recently, functional cosmetics have been proposed that women purchase the powdery cosmetic and the powdery cosmetic, respectively, and mix them at a proper amount to use the cosmetic. Specifically, if the liquid cosmetic is previously mixed with the powdery cosmetic, a problem happens in that the mixed content may be easily deteriorated due to chemical reaction. Therefore, it is required for mixing the components prior to use. In particular, it is absolutely necessary for a person having a delicate skin or affected by a biorhythm or a female hormone to mix and use the liquid cosmetic with the powdery cosmetic. There has been an increasing trend towards using this type of cosmetic.
In addition, in case of various health foods or drugs capable of being applied to a skin or being drinkable, the liquid content and the powdery content are supplied, respectively, and they are mixed in use.
Accordingly, in the conventional case of using the cosmetics to be mixed, the liquid cosmetic is stored and sealed in the liquid-content storing container, and the powdery cosmetic is stored and sealed in the powdery- content storing container. In use, the powdery cosmetic is put into the liquid-content storing container to mix them.
In the above case, since the powdery and liquid cosmetics are separately stored and supplied with separate containers, it causes inconvenience a user, and it is not economic. Also, the content is lost in the course of mixing them, for example, the spill of content. Of course, it is difficult to anticipate the proper and exact mixing. DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to solve the problems contained in the prior art and to provide a mixing and discharging container including a liquid-content storing vessel, a powdery- content storing vessel mounted on an upper portion of the liquid-content storing vessel, and a vacuum pump installed at an outlet of the container, thereby improving assembling and using conveniences and easily separating and storing the liquid and powdery contents to increase a storing efficiency. In addition, in use, the powdery content may be easily mixed with the liquid content by a simple pushing operation. Furthermore, the mixed content may be metered and discharged by the vacuum pump.
In order to accomplish the above object and other objects, there is provided a mixing/discharging container capable of storing a liquid content with a powdery content and mixing them in use, the container comprising: a liquid-content storing vessel for storing the liquid content; a powdery- content storing powdery-content storing vessel mounted to an upper portion of the liquid-content storing vessel for storing the powdery content, and having a piston installed to a lower bottom of the powdery-content storing vessel and closed/opened by lowering operation of a nozzle cap; the nozzle cap fastened to an upper portion of the powdery-content storing vessel to move up and down in a constant interval and having a cylinder therein; a stop member detachably fitted to an circumference of the powdery-content storing vessel and limiting a lowering operation of the nozzle cap; and a vacuum pump mounted to the cylinder of the nozzle cap and discharging the content through a nozzle by a pushing operation of an operating button. BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Reference will now be made in detail to preferred embodiments of the present invention as illustrated in the accompanying drawings.
FIGs. 1 to 3 depicts the construction of a mixing/discharging container according to the present invention includes a body 100, a liquid- content storing vessel 10 for storing a proper amount of a liquid content, a powdery-content storing vessel 20 mounted to an upper portion of the liquid-content storing vessel 10 for storing a powdery content, a nozzle cap 30 fastened to an upper portion of the powdery-content storing vessel 20, and a vacuum pump 40 fastened to the nozzle cap 30 for metering and discharging the content stored in the liquid-content storing vessel 10.
The liquid-content storing vessel 10 is made of a cylindrical shape having an opened upper portion, and is designed to easily store a liquid content, such as cosmetics, medical supplies or the like. The liquid- content storing vessel 10 includes a control plate 11 raised by vacuum pressure to push up the content, and a separate enclosure 13 having an inlet hole 12.
Specifically, the inside of the liquid-content storing vessel 10 is maintained in a vacuum state, such that the content therein may be discharged by the pumping operation of the vacuum pump. The content is upwardly raised by the control plate 11. Air flows through the inlet hole 12 formed at the enclosure 13 to raise the control plate 11.
Also, the powdery-content storing vessel 20 is mounted to the opened upper portion of the liquid-content storing vessel 10. An external diameter of the powdery-content storing vessel 20 is substantially similar to that of the liquid-content storing vessel 10. The powdery-content storing vessel 20 includes a locking groove 21 opened downwardly along a circumferential direction for snap-fastening with the opening portion of the liquid-content storing vessel 10, and a piston 22 installed in an inside of the powdery-content storing vessel 20 for opening/closing a lower bottom of the powdery-content storing vessel 20. The nozzle cap 30 is mounted to the upper of the powdery-content storing vessel 20 to close the opening portion of the powdery-content storing vessel 20. The piston 22 is fitted in the inside of the cylindrical powdery- content storing vessel 20, and a center portion of the piston is integrally fixed to the cylinder 32 of the nozzle cap 30, so that the powdery-content storing vessel 20 is opened by the downward movement of the nozzle cap 30. The powdery-content storing vessel 20 has the same external diameter as that of the liquid-content storing vessel 10, and the powdery- content storing vessel 20 is divided from the liquid-content storing vessel 10 by means of the piston 22. Also, the powdery-content storing vessel 20 is divided into the upper portion and the center portion by the nozzle cap 30, such that the powdery content may be easily stored in the powdery-content storing vessel 20.
The nozzle cap 30 fastened to the upper portion of the powdery- content storing vessel 20 has a locking groove 31 opened downwardly along a circumferential direction of the nozzle cap for snap-fastening with the upper portion of the powdery-content storing vessel 20. A valve of the vacuum pump 40 is slid along the cylinder 32 installed in the nozzle cap 30.
The nozzle cap 30 is snap-engaged to the powdery-content storing vessel 20 by engaging the locking groove 31 with the powdery-content storing vessel 20.
Specifically, the locking groove 31 has an interval L in such a manner that the circumference of the powdery-content storing vessel 20 is completely inserted into the locking groove. Therefore, the powdery- content storing vessel 20 is formed with a uniform space along the circumference thereof. The space provides a stroke distance that the nozzle cap 30 moves downward. The nozzle cap 30 is fixed by a stop member 50 at a normal state.
The stop member 50 is formed in a band shape and has an opening portion at one side thereof and a hook 52 protruded from the other side for easily detaching the stop member.
In an alternative embodiment, the stop member 50 is made of a band adhered to the circumference of the powdery-content storing vessel 20 in the space 33 by an adhesive. In use, the container may be used by removing the band-type stop member.
The vacuum pump 40 is mounted to the upper portion of the nozzle cap 30 so as to meter and discharge the content stored in the liquid- content storing vessel 10.
The vacuum pump 40 discharges the content stored in the liquid- content storing vessel 10 through a nozzle with pumping force resulted from a pushing operation of an operating button and prevents atmosphere from flowing therein to safely maintain the content. Any type of vacuum pump may be employed in the present invention.
The vacuum pump 40 applied to the present invention includes an operating button 42 having a nozzle 41 , and a tube 44 fastened to a bottom of the operating button 42 and biased by a first spring 43.
An upper end of the tube 44 is forcibly fitted to the bottom of the operating button 42, and a lower end is fitted with a supporting ring 45 for supporting the first spring 43. The supporting ring 43 is slidingly moved along a circumference of the tube. The supporting ring 45 is forcibly fitted into the locking groove formed in the cylinder 32 of the nozzle cap 30 to secure the vacuum pump
40 to the nozzle cap 30. In addition, the supporting ring 45 stably supports the tube 44 when the tube 44 is raised by the pushing operation of the operating button 42.
The tube 44 is to guide the discharge of the content from the powdery-content storing vessel 20 to the nozzle 41. The tube has a passage 47 communicating with an orifice 46 provided at a lower portion of the tube, and a valve 49 installed at the lower portion for opening and closing the orifice 46 by the raising operation itself and biased by a second spring 48.
The orifice 46 is communicated with the passage 47 at a side of the tube 44, such that it closed and opened by the raising valve 49.
The valve 49 is biased by the second spring 48 in the lower portion of the tube 44, and is raised in the cylinder 32 of the nozzle cap 30 by the pushing operating of the operating button 42. Therefore, the content is pumped out by compressing a compressing chamber 32a of the cylinder
32.
The operation of the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 3 depicts a standby state of the mixing/discharging container
100 of the present invention when depositing or carrying it prior to the use.
Specifically, the liquid content is stored in the liquid-content storing vessel
10, while the powdery content is stored in the powdery-content storing vessel 20. In this case, the operating button 42 is maintained in the raised state by the first spring 43 of the vacuum pump 40, so that the valve 49 is stayed ready for the operation in the state the valve is raised to a top dead point of the cylinder 32. In the case of using the liquid content and powdery content stored in the container of the present invention, a cover (not shown) is opened and the stop member 50 interposed between the powdery-content storing vessel 20 and the nozzle cap 30 is removed.
If the hook 52 is pulled and thus the opening portion 51 is widened, the stop member 50 is released from the body 100. If the stop member 50 is released, a constant space is left in the position.
And, if the nozzle cap 30 is pushed down, the nozzle cap 30 is lowered in the space, as shown in FIG. 4. Accordingly, the cylinder 32 integrally formed with the nozzle cap 30 is also lowered. With the lowering operation of the cylinder 32, the control plate 22 secured to the lower end of the cylinder is lowered at the same interval as that of the cylinder, so that the control plate 22 is released from the powdery-content storing vessel 20 to open the lower portion of the powdery-content storing vessel 20. The powdery content stored in the powdery-content storing vessel
20 flows into the liquid-content storing vessel 10 just under the powdery- content storing vessel 20. This state is a ready step to discharge and use the mixed content.
In turn, in case of using the mixed content in the liquid-content storing vessel 10, if the operating button 42 of the vacuum pump 40 is pushed down as shown in FIG. 5, the operating button 42 is lower and thus the first spring 43 is compressed. Accordingly, the tube 44 supported by the supporting ring 45 is lowered into the cylinder 32.
At that time, as the tube 44 is lowered, the valve 49 fastened to the lower end of the tube compresses the second spring 48 and opens the orifice 46. Simultaneously, the compressing chamber 32a of the cylinder 32 is compressed.
Accordingly, the content in the compressing chamber 32a flows into the passage 47 through the orifice 46, and then is discharged out through the nozzle 41.
Contrary to the above process, if the operating button 42 is released from the pushed state, the valve 49 closes the orifice 46 by restoring force of the second spring 48 as shown in FIG. 6, and simultaneously is raised to its original position together with the operating button 42 by the restoring force of the first spring 43.
Therefore, the liquid-content storing vessel 10 and the powdery- content storing vessel 20 are applied with a strong pressure, as well as the compressing chamber 32a, so that the content flows into the compressing chamber 32a to standby for a next discharge.
The content mixed in the container may be metered and discharged through the nozzle 41 by sequential operation described above, i.e., the once pushing operation of the operating button 42. INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY
As the above description, the present invention has advantages of good productivity and assembly by mounting the powdery-content storing vessel for storing the powdery content onto the liquid-content storing vessel for storing the liquid content. In addition, the content may be effectively divided and stored in the container of the present invention.
Furthermore, in use, the powdery content is mixed with the liquid content, by removing the stop member from the circumference of the container and then pushing the nozzle cap in one-touch manner. In particular, the mixed content is metered and discharged by the vacuum pump mounted to an inlet port of the vessel, thereby improving the using convenience thereof. Also, there is another effect in that the whole quantity of the content stored in the container may be used, without leaving the remaining.

Claims

1. A mixing/discharging container capable of storing a liquid content with a powdery content and mixing them in use, the container comprising: a liquid-content storing vessel 10 for storing the liquid content; a powdery-content storing vessel 20 mounted to an upper portion of the liquid-content storing vessel 10 for storing the powdery content, and having a piston 22 installed to a lower bottom of the powdery-content storing vessel 20 and closed/opened by lowering operation of a nozzle cap; a nozzle cap 30 fastened to an upper portion of the powdery-content storing vessel 20 to move up and down in a constant interval and having a cylinder 32 therein; a stop member 50 detachably fitted to an circumference of the powdery- content storing vessel 20 and limiting a lowering operation of the nozzle cap 30; and a vacuum pump 40 mounted to the cylinder 32 of the nozzle cap 30 and discharging the content through a nozzle 41 by a pushing operation of an operating button 42.
