Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Behälter 20, 30 zur Aufnahme einer wässrigen Lösung, welcher zumindest teilweise von einer äußeren Begrenzung 21 gebildet ist, der einen Innenraum 22, 32 zur Aufnahme der Lösung bildet, und welcher mindestens einen Bereich aufweist, der beim Anlegen einer elektrischen Spannung und einer anschließenden Entladung als Elektrode 25, 26, 33, 34 dient, wobei mindestens eine Elektrode 25, 26, 33, 34 aus einem leitfähigen Kunststoffmaterial besteht, das zumindest auf einem Kunststoff basiert, der mit mindestens einem leitfähigen Stoff dotiert ist. Hierdurch wurde ein Behälter 20, 30 der eingangs genannten Art geschaffen, der einfach und kostengünstig herzustellen ist und darüber hinaus beispielsweise eine effiziente Transfektion von lebenden Zellen mittels Elektroporation oder eine effektive Elektrofusion ermöglicht.
