Abstract

Es wird ein mobiles Kommunikationsendgerät (1) mit Mitteln (6) zum Erkennen von Feuchtigkeit im mobilen Kommunikationsendgerät (1) vorgeschlagen, das eine Speichervorkehrung (8) hat zum Festhalten des Umstandes einer Feuchtigkeitserkennung, das weiter eine Abschaltvorkehrung (9, 4) hat zum wenigstens teilweisen Abschalten des mobilen Kommunikationsendgerätes (1) bei Auftreten einer Feuchtigkeitserkennung, und das eine Vorkehrung (10) hat zum Feststellen der beiden Umstände, dass eine wenigstens teilweise Abschaltung des mobilen Kommunikationsendgerätes (1) auf Grund einer Feuchtigkeitserkennung vorgenommen worden ist und dass das mobile Kommunikationsendgerät (1) mit einer externen Stromversorgungsquelle verbunden worden ist mit der sich daran anschließenden Folge des Vorganges einer Stromaufnahme aus der Stromversorgungsquelle, und zum Einschalten nach einem Feststellen der beiden besagten Umstände eines Modus, durch den das mobile Kommunikationsendgerät (1) durch Stromaufnehmen in eine Erwärmungsphase und hierdurch wiederum in eine Trocknungsphase gebracht ist.
