Insbesondere Figur 4 zeigt eine handelsübliche Spritze 1 zur Blutentnahme oder für eine Injektion. Die Spritze umfasst einen das abzusaugende Blut aufnehmenden bzw. eine Spritzflüssigkeit enthaltenden Spritzenzylinder 2, der an seinem einen Ende in einen schlanken Konusansatz 3 übergeht, der eine Nadel 4 trägt. In dem Spritzenzylinder 2 ist ein manuell zu betätigender Kolben 5 axial verschiebbar geführt, der aus dem der Nadel 4 gegenüberliegenden Ende des Spritzenzylinders 2 herausragt und an seinem freien Ende mit einer Druckplatte 6 bestückt ist. Figur 3 zeigt eine Nadelschutzvorrichtung, die als für handelsübliche Spritzen 1 nachrüstbares Bauteil in Form eines Klipsschiebers 7 ausgebildet ist. Dieser weist einen hohlen konusförmigen Endabschnitt 8 auf, der die Nadel 4 umschließt, wenn der Klipsschieber 7 auf der Spritze 1 seine Schutzposition einnimmt. Um den Klipsschieber 7 seitlich auf eine Spritze 1 aufschieben zu können (siehe Figur 4), weist der konusförmige Endabschnitt 8 einen Längsschlitz 9 auf, der einen Durchtritt der Nadel 4 in den Innenraum des konusförmigen Endabschnitts 8 ermöglicht (wie es die Darstellung in Figur 4 verdeutlicht). Der konusförmige Endabschnitt 8 weist in seiner Konusspitze eine Durchtrittsöffnung 10 für die Nadel 4 auf (siehe hierzu auch Figur 2).In particular, FIG. 4 shows a commercially available syringe 1 for taking blood or for an injection. Die Fixierung des Klipsschiebers 7 auf dem Spritzenzylinder 2 erfolgt dann durch seitliches Gegeneinanderdrücken der beiden Teile, was zu einem Aufspreizen der federelastischen Bügelpaare 1 3 des Klipsschiebers 7 führt, der sich so auf den Spritzenzylinder 2 aufklipsen lässt, wodurch die Rädchen 16 bzw. deren Kunststoff-Ummantelung 1 7 zur Anlage an die äußere Mantelfläche des Spritzenzylinders 2 kommen. Aus dieser, die Nadel 4 allseitig umschließenden Schutzposition lässt sich der Klipsschieber 7 durch manuelles Verdrehen der Rädchen 16 auf dem Spritzenzylinder 2 in Längsrichtung in eine Arbeitsposition verschieben. Hierbei tritt die Nadel 4 durch die Durchtrittsöffnung 10 des konusförmigen Endabschnitts 8 hindurch in eine einen Einstich freigebende Stellung. Diese Axialverschiebung der Nadelschutzvorrichtung kann von der die Spritze 1 betätigenden Person einhändig durchgeführt werden und zwar mit der gleichzeitig den Kolben 5 der Spritze 1 betätigenden Hand.
