Abstract
The invention relates to the recognition of information images and can be used for adaptive processing and classification of data flows. Said invention makes it possible to improve the accuracy of recognition. The inventive method is carried out in the system comprising a unit for adaptive processing of information images according to a recognition algorithm, a matching unit for matching an entered information image to a model image and for evaluating the discrepancies therebetween, and a unit for correcting the model image with respect to the signals of the matching unit. The inventive system also comprises a memory unit, a unit for the model reconstruction of the processed information images, a decision-making unit for comparing the discrepancy with respect to a specified threshold and for making a decision in accordance with said comparison. The adaptive processing unit, the comparison unit, the unit for model reconstruction of the processed information images, the unit for correcting the model image, the memory unit and the decision-making unit form the first processing stage. Said system is also provided with second and third processing stages embodied in a form which is identical to the first stage.
