Hierdurch kann eine durch eine Harnwegsinfektion hervorgerufene Niereninsuffizienz mit Vorteil vermieden werden. Der Einsatz der Hygienebinden mit einer Barriere zur Trennung der Analregion vom Urogenitaltrakt kann aber auch mit Vorteil in der Altenpflege eingesetzt werden. Der Stuhl wird durch die Barriere auf einem eng begrenzten Raum gehalten, wodurch das Waschen des Hygienebindenträgers oder der Hygienebindeträgerin wesentlich erleichtert wird. Die Barriere 11 weist im Saugkörperbereich eine Rechtecksform auf und verbindet die Dichtungsmittel 4 zu beiden Seiten des Saugkörpers 10. Die Barriere ist absolut bakteriendicht, luft- und wasserdurchlässig ausgebildet. Hierdurch wird eine Infektion des Urogenitaltraktes durch Stuhlbakterien vermieden. Es ist von Vorteil, daß die Barriere 11 über die gesamte Breite der Windel 1 , also von der linken Ausnehmung bis zur rechten Ausnehmung 3, durchgehend ausgebildet ist. Dies ist in Figur 1 nicht dargestellt. Auf der Körperseite der Barriere 11 sind Klebemittel 15 zur Fixierung der Barriere 11 zwischen Urogenitaltrakt und After vorgesehen. Es reicht theoretisch aus, daß die Barriere nur aus der Folie 16 und den Klebemitteln 15 besteht. Eine zusätzliche Saugfähigkeit der Barriere 11 ist ebenfalls denkbar. Im Ausführungsbeispiel verläuft die Folie 16 unterhalb des Urogenitalbereichs 13 und unterhalb des Afterbereichs 14. Ein nur afterseitiger Verlauf der Folie 16 ist aus Kostengründen ausreichend.In Figure 2, the sanitary napkin 1 is shown in side view. Claims

PATENTANSPRÜCHE
1.
