Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un système permettant d'effectuer des évaluations d'entités commerciales et de générer des données à partir desdites évaluations. Dans un mode de réalisation, l'utilisateur fournit des entrées de caractéristiques d'évaluation concernant le type, le niveau et/ou les objetctifs d'évaluation à un programme informatique qui, en réponse aux entrées, sélectionne et affiche les exigences pertinentes à utiliser au cours de l'évaluation. L'invention concerne des écrans pour afficher d'une manière hiérarchique les exigences et les catégories et sous-catégories liées à celles-ci. La description ou la norme pour chaque exigence est affichée et des cases d'entrée et/ou des boutons permettent à l'utilisateur d'entrer des notes et/ou des commentaires ou observations concernant chaque exigence. Ces notes et commentaires peuvent également s'appliquer à chaque catégorie générale, et des notes proposées peuvent automatiquement être calculées sur la base des notes données aux exigences à l'intérieur des catégories. Pour des raisons pratiques, un PC tablette ou tout autre ordinateur portatif peut être utilisé pour fournir les commentaires. Une fois que l'évaluation est terminée, des rapports peuvent automatiquement être générés sur la base des données d'évaluation enregistrées. Ces rapports peuvent être téléchargés à un référentiel central auquel plusieurs utilisateurs peuvent accéder. Les données provenant de l'évaluation peuvent, par ailleurs, être ajoutées à une base de données de compilation, et un résumé, un classement et autres analyses de la base de données de compilation peuvent automatiquement être effectués afin d'identifier des problèmes majeurs, des tendances, des améliorations et autres.
