Abstract

A consumer then receives the card prepaid by the buyer in the form of a gift certificate or the like in order to spend on the Internet, but the consumer can only access the websites authorized by the account and chosen by the buyer. Access to the websites requested by a consumer is done through a central server computer or directly with the CD of the list of themes, which approves or disapproves access to the requested website, the consumer can buy items on the website, and the central server computer checks the account balance of the online account. The central server computer may possibly debit the buyer's credit card or his bank account if this has been established by the buyer. So real-world access control is given to buyers (for example, parents) over consumers (for example, children) who can access unwanted websites that sell goods to consumers, who are paid by buyers.
