Abstract

The Pre-inked hand stamp die plate is made in two layers: two kinds of microporous material: a) sensitive printing part, b) ink absorbing material. The two layers of stamp die plate are connected together by heat or by Holding Frame. The stamp die plate is precut. Edges are presealed by heat. Precutting and pre-sealing means that stamp development is made after precutting and presealing.

Description

TWO LAYERED MICROPOROUS STAMP MATERIAL FOR A PRE-INKED STAMP
1. FIELD OF INVENTION.
This invention relate to a preink hand stamp which is used for imprints on surface absorbing or not absorbing ink as paper, textiles, glass, metal, wood, plastic etc.
2. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION.
The invention is in two stages in hand stamp manufacturing process: a/. The stamp Die Plate made by two layers. b/. The method of assambling ot Wafer Die Plate with stamp mount.
THE STAMP DIE PLATE MADE IN TWO LAYERS.
The principle of the invention is in two different microporous materials sticked toogether:
- die plate microporous material developed for printing surface.
- cartridge microporous material plate for ink absorbing only. The cartridge microporous material is made from poliurethane or similar condition material.
THE PROCESS OF ASSAMBLING TWO LAYERS
DIE PLATE.
ASSAMBLING BY HEAT.
The microporous die plate material for development should be cutted in size coresponding to mount size. In the same size should be cutted microporous cartridge material. Those materials are sealed toogether by heat, Fig. 1.
ASSAMBLING USING FRAME.
The microporous die plate material for development is pre-cutted and eges are pre-sealed by heat, Fig. 2. Cartridge material is pre-cutted in the same size. Two of materials are placed toogether into the stamp mount. The Frame works as a holder. The frame can be just "press in" or "click in". PRE-INKED CARTRIDGE.
The cartridge material can be pre-inked and pre fitted in stamp mount using glue (poliurethane glue is recomended) or placed using Holding Frame. Fig. 3.
WAFER STAMP MANUFACTURING PROCESS.
I. Two layers sealed toogether by heat. a/. Development of Microporous "wafer" material - die plate, b/. Inking of right ink qty from cartridge material side, c/. Sticking developed plate into stamp mount by glue or double adhesive tape, Fig. 4.
II. Two layers holded by frame. a/. Inking of cartridge plate in right ink qty. b/. Development of microporous die material. b/. Placing above using frame into stamp mount, Fig. 3.
ADVANTAGES OF INVENTION
1. The ink cartridge makes sharp imprint and containing much of ink gives much more imprints without reinking.
2. Pre-sealed die material makes not leaking eges of the die plate.
3. Cartridge material as cheapper than die material makes cheapper "wafer" system.
4. Cartridge material much faster absorb ink than die material. 4. Time ofprocedure made by stamp manufacturer is reduced time of die material cutting , sealing eges and inking after exposure.

Claims

1. The stamp die plate is made in two layers - Wafer. Two layers are two different components.
2. Die plate material is pre-cutted and eges are pre-sealed by heat.
3. Two components die plate materials are connected toogether by heat or holding frame.
