Es ist also im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung kein Greifen zweier separater Elemente, nämlich eines Zettels und einer Büroklammer, erforderlich, die dann gemeinsam am Befestigungselement zu befestigen sind. Die erfindungsgemäße Klammer kann selbstverständlich auch zum Zusammenfügen mehrerer Schriftstücke verwendet werden, wie dies bei einer herkömmlichen Büroklammer der Fall ist. Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung wird nachstehend unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnungen beispielhaft beschrieben. Der Informationsträger 6 ist mit dem Federelement 4 mittels eines Befestigungsbereiches 8 dauerhaft oder ablösbar verbunden. Der Informationsträger 6 wird vorzugsweise am Federelement 4 angeklebt. Dazu ist vorzugsweise am Informationsträger 6 mindestens eine Sollbruchstelle 16 vorgesehen, entlang der der Informationsträger 6 abgetrennt werden kann. Die Sollbruchstelle 16 ist vorzugsweise in Form einer Perforation ausgebildet, die sich entlang einer Kante des Federelements 4 erstreckt. Der Informationsträger 6 kann darüber hinaus mit einer oder mehreren weiteren Sollbruchstellen bzw. Perforationen 18 versehen sein und/oder auf andere Weise trennbar oder teilbar sein.
