Abstract

Ein in beispielsweise einer kontaktlosen Chipkarte befindlicher Transpoder empfängt über eine Antenne (L2) Energie aus einem hochfrequenten Wechselfeld. Eine mit einem Gleichrichter (12) gebildete Spannung (Udd) wird als Führungsgrösse auf einen Taktgeber (14) mit Taktfrequenz-Einstelleinrichtung gegeben. Bei hoher Feldstärke an der Antenne wird die Spannung (Udd) durch Erhöhung der Taktfrequenz für eine digitale Schaltung (10) heruntergeregelt. Ist eine weitere Steigerung der Taktfrequenz des Taktsignals (CLK) nicht mehr möglich, wird eine Ladungspumpe (16) für ein EPROM (18) zugeschaltet, um dessen Schreibgeschwindigkeit heraufzusetzen. Gegebenenfalls kann auch noch ein konventioneller Shuntregler zugeschaltet werden. Von der verstellten Taktfrequenz nicht betroffen ist eine Schnittstellenschaltung (20). Diese arbeitet mit fester Frequenz bei der Kommunikation mit einem Lesegerät.
