Abstract

The invention relates to a method for plasticizing one or both surfaces of a nonwoven with polyethylene or polypropylene melted at a temperature of 400° C and stuck by cooling at a temperature of -4° C by means of contact with the pressure cylinders (Fig. 1) at a low temperature (-4° C). The displacement speed of the fabric is 15 m/min and the force of impregnation is 210 kg. force/cm2. The resulting nonwoven, whose fiber composition consists of polyester-rayon mixtures (ideally 50 %- 50 %), is a light fabric which is resistant to traction and tearing forces and totally impervious to water, blood, vapor and air and has a surface that absorbs liquids and moderately viscous substances, thereby making it suitable for the manufacture of disposable garments. The garments, which can be previously sterilized, can be bibs for children or adults undergoing dental treatment, bed sheets that are used during childbirth or surgery and gowns, trousers, shirts, camisoles, skirts and garments for medical staff. Aprons for housewives can also be manufactured.

But one of the main disadvantages of garments these is that given his physical constitution, removing debris or stains present on 5 it, it is difficult and therefore increases cost the keep clean while with the time and times it is washed, its structure deteriorates.
También puede constatarse que son de fácil combustión al fuego.B second type of garments allows easy disposal of waste, since these tend to drain and are not impregnated on their surface, but since it consists of mecfially thick rubber they produce a permanent perspiration in the user's body with their respective incidents and in addition they should not be handled sharply to avoid tearing, for example, not allowing in many cases its long duration. With the purpose of making garments to avoid staining the clothes or body of the user of different substances, an alternative product has been developed to the existing ones and that has as main advantages the disposable, and low cost.
The process is initiated with the spedalized treatment of a non-woven fabric (non wσven), whose fibrological basis is made of piester, rayon or its pee between them.
These types of fibers have been selected, since their physical, chemical and mechanical properties, well known by a specialist in the field, allow obtaining a highly hygroscopic non-woven fabric at the same time. that its resistance to tearing and traction allows it to meet the quality specifications that fully satisfy the requirements of the garments that are made.
Así mismo, puede citarse el punto de fusión al calor de i o ambas fibras.5 To cite some of these fiber properties, we find that the diester, a synthetic fiber, has a "Regain" (water-absorbing) percentage of 3.0% and a "Tenaddad" (resistance to traction) whose value is of 8.4 grs.ex; while rayon, an artificial fiber, has the values of 13% regain and 3.2 grs.exex respectfully. Likewise, the heat melting point of i or both fibers can be mentioned.
La composidón fibrdógica de las telas no tejidas, puede ser 100% pdiéster, 100% rayón, ó mezdas entre ambas fibras como 65% pdiéster-35% rayón; 80% pdiéster-20% rayón; etc., siendo un valor óptimo de mezcla el término medio, es 1 dedr, 50% pdiéster-50% rayón.The fibrological composition of the nonwoven fabrics can be 100% polyester, 100% rayon, or mixed between both fibers such as 65% polyester-35% rayon; 80% piester-20% rayon; etc., the average term being an optimal mixing value, is 1 dedr, 50% piester-50% rayon.
It should be noted, that it is necessary and advisable to know in advance, the application or use that the non-woven fabric will have in the garment to be made, for example, if it will be for a bib for ladarte or for a garment of irtervendón surgcjca, and 2 or that in this way, the base fibrological composition of the nonwoven fabric can be better and more properly selected, as well as completely sterilize the garment after confectioning.
YOU HAVE STITUTORY RULE 26 The advantage of using man-made fibers is that they are of lower cost and with similar or slightly better properties than other natural fibers of the plant kingdom, for example, cotton.
5 Bi as for the thickness of the non-woven fabric, it is handled in recommended values from 0.20mrrt to O.δOmm., Giving with this a weight per square meter, according to α l \ Bv1X-CC-A72-1999-INNTEX M of 54 grs. up to 66 grs.
Afterwards, the plasticized process of the nonwoven fabric with pdyethylene or i or pdipropylene is adhered and adhered by cooling as follows.
1 you have the nonwoven fabric rim (1) placed in the support or "easel 1 '(2), the rdlo has a rotation caused from the folder (8) in order to move the fabric on the table (3 ) and below the electric tank (5) that
Next, the fabric is subjected to the pressure of a pair of rollers with rubber-coated surfaces (6) in order to guarantee the impregnation of the pdyethylene or pdipropylene, melted on the part
This normal pressure is 210 kg.fza / cm2. Likewise, with said impregnation pressure, a squeezing of the fabric is avoided, which avoids the unnecessary accumulation of pdyethylene or pdipropylene, as the case may be.
HOJA SUSTITUTORIA REGLA 26 De inmediato, la tela entra en contado con una pareja de dlindros metálicos huecos (7), en los que las superficies se encuentran a una temperatura helada, menor a los 4°C bajo cero, y cuyo cambio drástico de temperatira, desde los 400°C a -4°C, provoca la plastificadón y adherenda del pdietileno ó pdipropileno sobre la tela no tejida.SUBSTITUTE SHEET RULE 26 Immediately, the fabric comes in with a pair of hollow metal cylinders (7), in which the surfaces are at an icy temperature, less than 4 ° C below zero, and whose drastic change in temperature, from 400 ° C to -4 ° C, causes the plasticization and adhesion of the pdietileno or pdipropileno on the nonwoven fabric.
Subsequently and to finish the treatment of the non-woven fabric, this is enriched by a folder (8), which accumulates the fabric and plasticized.
It is necessary to make a swim, that the contrd of the speed of displacement of the fabric, must be maintained with walking, since an excess would cause a high tension with the consequent risk of tearing the fabric, at the same time that the amount of pdietileno would not spill or pdipropylene necessary and convenient throughout its width and length. Otherwise, there would be an excess of plastic material on its surface.
If necessary, once a surface of the fabric has been laminated, it is taken to a plaid or roll printer, in order to print on the surface the necessary figures, such as children's figures intended for the bibfection of bibs for children, with the alternative that this impression is plastic arts.
With the accumulation of plasticized pdyethylene or pdipropylene, the fabric has a weight gain per square meter of approximately 1.5 to 2.0 grs./m2 and a layer thickness of 0.02 mm.
The production of this non-woven and plasticized fabric, favors the production of any type of garments mentioned above. In the case of bibs, the fabrics are softened in the appropriate shape and dimensions, according to the age of the user, being able to form at the bottom a bdsa redpierte for food waste.
With the indusion of self-adhesive and removable labels on the shoulders, the bib can be attached to the user's shoulders. Labels with double-layer glue are also emitted in the central part of the bib so that it can more easily adhere to the baby's chest and thus avoid its constant movement.
In the case of garments for any surgical use, they must be completely sterilized by any convenient method and condodo, in order to guarantee user hygiene.
In Fig. 2, the position of the self-adhesive labels (2) can be shown in more detail, with the bib (1).
