Abstract

A container cap dispensing apparatus is characterized by a base cap (100) including a tubular body portion (110) having a top end (120) and a bottom end (130) and a discharge opening (140) located between the top and bottom ends (120, 130). The base cap (100) also includes a plug (150) located near the top end (120), a base portion (160) located near the bottom end (130), and a flexible membrane (170) connecting the tubular body portion (110) to the base portion (160). The container cap dispensing apparatus is also characterized by a cover cap (300) swivally mounted relative to the base cap (100). The cover cap (300) includes a top end (310) and a bottom end (330) and a dispensing opening (330) near the top end (310) thereof for discharging the contents of the container.
