Abstract

The Ericsson GPRS application is implemented using object oriented methods. During traffic a single GPRS subscriber (MS) is represented by a set of objects running in different environments. Object communication is realised through an object request broker with the capability to address all objects associated by a subscriber and thus treat them as one unity whenever required. This capability facilitates the design and implementation of the application software.
