Abstract

The invention relates to a communications terminal which is provided for transmitting and receiving communications information and in which a television receiver and/or radio broadcast receiver is integrated. An appliance is thus provided which combines the functions of different individual appliances while comprising a minimal number of additional units since the individual appliances comprise units that carry out identical functions and since other units of the individual appliances are, at the same time, no longer necessary. The functions of the individual appliances can be jointly carried out by a programmable module (11).
