Ledit dispositif comporte plusieurs touches, telles que des touches d'enregistrement, lecture, répétition et similaire, et une partie conçue pour assurer l'enregistrement, la lecture ou similaire, est installée dans le corps sphérique. Le dispositif de l'invention peut être utilisé comme un jouet, comme un souvenir publicitaire ou comme un souvenir à message. Ledit dispositif d'enregistrement/lecture en forme de ballon comprend plusieurs interrupteurs à bouton-poussoir (12, 14, 16) installés au-dessous des motifs (18) du corps sphérique (10) du dispositif, les contacts de chaque interrupteur (12, 14, 16) étant activés par pression d'une zone particulière.
