Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé de traitement d'un volume cible par un faisceau de particules, en particulier des protons, dans lequel on produit ce faisceau de particules à l'aide d'un accélérateur et on réalise à partir de ce faisceau un spot étroit dirigé vers le volume cible, caractérisé en ce que l'on fait varier simultanément la vitesse de balayage dudit spot et l'intensité du faisceau de particules.
