Abstract

Eine Verschlusskappe (1) für einen Behälter besteht im wesentlichen aus einem Kappenboden (2), einer Kappenschürze (3) und einer Dichtscheibe (5), die wenigstens teilweise am Kappenboden (2) anliegt. Ein umlaufender Wulst (6) ist im Übergangsbereich (7) zwischen dem Kappenboden (2) und der Kappenschürze (3) angeordnet. Der Wulst (6) dient zum Anpressen der Dichtscheibe (5) an die Behältermündung. Der Wulst (6) ist durch Unterbrechungen (8) in mehrere Blöcke (9) geteilt. Auf der Innenseite (10) des Kappenbodens (2) ist wenigstens eine radial nach aussen verlaufende Rippe (11) angeordnet. Die Rippe befindet sich in Umfangsrichtung gesehen benachbart zu einer der Unterbrechungen (8).
